A recently refurbished, to a high standard, self-contained, two bedroom apartment. It is the ground floor of a Victorian house comprising ground and first floor. One of the bedrooms has a double bed, the other has two single beds plus a sofa which can be easily converted into another single bed. The dining room has a sofa which can be easily converted into a single bed. It has two bathrooms comprising, both of them, wash basin, loo, and cabin with high flow shower. The smartly fitted kitchen has a refrigerator, freezer, electric oven/grill, four gas cooking rings, microwave oven, all necessary utensils, as well as pots and pans for cooking. Both bedrooms have their own TV.
Fully furnished, including towels and linen. Bed linen and towels are changed once a week. Overall cleaning is also done once a week. Extra linen/towels changes and cleaning can be provided at cost by previous arrangement. Six sets of crockery and cutlery, electric kettle, toaster, microwave, washing and drying machines, iron and ironing board. Gas central heating throughout. Sleeps up to five people: two in each bedroom plus one in the sofabed.

On the Western side of Central London, superbly located in this highly sought after residential area of Fulham, on the Chelsea boarder, near the Chelsea football stadium, within five minutes walk of the Fulham Broadway or Parsons Green tube stations on the district line. Close to highlights of London such as Kings Road, Hyde Park, Kensington, Harrods, Victoria and Albert Museum, Royal Albert Hall, Earls Court and Olympia Exhibition Halls, etc. It is the perfect base for a family vacation or a business trip.
Terms and Conditions:
Booking procedure - Please send your request for your specific dates by email. We will reply by return, sending you a provisional confirmation which will lapse if a deposit is not forwarded by a specified time (usually seven working days). If the period chosen is already booked, then, alternatives dates will be offered which may or may not be taken up. A provisional booking is confirmed by the payment of a 10% deposit. The owner will then send a confirmation to the party leader by email (and by post if required) stating the date of arrival and departure, the number of people in the party, as well as an acknowledgment of the deposit received. The balance to be paid in cash/sterling at the time of checking in. If guests wish to pay by other means, then, this will have to made no later than ten working days prior to the date of arrival either by credit to the owners bank account or directly to the owners address.
A security deposit of £50 will have to be handed over at the checking in time which will be returned when checking out, in full, or partially if breakage or reckless damage has taken place. Pets are not allowed.
Methods of Payment:
Convenience and cheapness will vary according to your country of origin and/or where you banking facilities are located. At the time of booking the most efficient/convenient way will be sought.
