The property was clean, well appointed and in a good location of our needs. Parking was a small problem at times but that just goes with Seattle. My only complaint is that there was some noise from other units, especially later in the evening, but it was not terrible. I would recommend this property to a friend or relative and I would stay there again.

The apartment was wonderful!!!! The linens were soft, bed comfortable, well stocked of anything needed, great location and great view. The only thing we found that the bathroom floor was very slippery. The walk op the hill was steep but good to keep you in shape.I love the decoration. It was great to work with the agency very professional and kind. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Seattle.

About 1/2 mile from the Space Needle and a walkable distance from the Market area, this is an excellent location to see Seattle. Situated on hill with the city in the forefront this place offers awesome views when entering or leaving the residence. The apartment is tastefully decorated with everything you need to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. Excellent eateries and grocery store just two blocks from the apartment. When I come back, I will definitely plan to return here!

My husband and I were in Seattle for two weeks so wanted an apartment rather than a hotel. I came across this apartment by luck and can't recommend it enough. Queen Anne is a lovely neighbourhood. The apartment was quiet but only a short walk away from bars and restaurants. There is a 7 eleven a two minute walk away plus a metropolitan supermarket, trader joes and safeway all with 15 minutes. The space needle and monorail were also only a 10 minute walk away. We often took the monorail to down town and then walked back (about 20 minutes). The apartment was very clean with everything you could want. Booking and communication with picture properties could not have been smoother.

Great little place well situated to just about everything. We ate in Upper Queen Anne, walked to the sculpture park, kayaked on Lake Union, ran daily by the water, monorailed and LINKed our way to Pioneer Square and galleries and walked to Belltown and the Market. Took the rail out to the airport when we left---about 5 dollars each. Did everything without a car. Clean, quiet, perfectly set up, and a very reasonable rate. 24 hour grocery store down the hill was a great find when we arrived at 11 pm.

Our trip to Seattle was because my nephew was getting married there. But we turned it into a vacation. This property was our home base. We had a great time exploring Seattle -- walking to Seattle Center from the house was great as parking in the city can be tricky. My husband and 2 daughters stayed in the apartment. It housed all the amenities and then some more. The walls are a bit thin so easy to hear above, below and/or beside you. However all was usually quiet by late evening. We were able to use the garage as we had rented a van -- it was a tight fight but it did fit. We were our every day and it was nice to be able to come home to a place as welcoming as this apartment. Thank you for such an enjoyable stay!

Our stay in Seattle was perfect. The condo is located in a great location. There is a grocery store and coffee shop (Caffe Vita) a short walk away. Not to mention city center and the monorail right there! Can't say enough about how nice it was. We plan on going back to Seattle and will stay there again.

We stayed for a week and had a very enjoyable time. The unit is very well furnished and decorated. The bathroom, however, is very outdated and in need of some work. The water pressure is also pretty weak. Street parking was difficult on weekdays. A few times we found ourselves parked at the bottom of the huge hill, with an infant in a carseat and A LOT of stuff to schlep up! Debra was really responsive when little issues came up. Many reviewers stated that sound from neighboring units was an issue. We could hear front doors opening and closing, but otherwise it was very quiet. We really enjoyed being SO close to the action of the Seattle Center and having a nice home base after long days of sight seeing. I'd stay here again if the situation arose.

The unit was clean and ready for us as advertised. All appliances operated properly and the unit was well equipped. WiFi was available as advertised and worked well. The fact that the HD option wasn't available on the TV service was a disappointment. An in-unit washer/dryer would have been a welcome addition and is recommended as an update. Although it functioned properly, the dishwasher was noisy. A note addressed to the rental agent and the building manager was left in the unit describing the noise. If potential renters plan to use a car during stay, it I strongly recommended that parking arrangements be made prior to arrival. Available parking spots in Queen Anne are very limited.

My two friends and I absolutely loved this place. It was very secure and in a really great neighborhood. We loved having the QFC so close, the prices were great! So easy to walk to the Space Needle and the monorail. It is on a steep hill which we loved but I could see how for some it would be a problem. The apartment was beautifully furnished and although just one bedroom, it was very roomy! Not one thing were we disappointed in! We never had issues with neighbors being loud at night either in fact the ones we met were very pleasant! Thanks for a great stay! Caffe vita just down the street was awesome for morning coffee and Buca di beppo's was an easy walk too! Never got to try Crow but it looked good!

The apartment was everything the images on line said it would be, but what makes it even better are the little gestures. For example, in the kitchen I found a discount card to the local grocery store. The location could not be beat, a quiet residential neighborhood with the best coffee in Seattle just down the hill at Vita. Working with Debra at Picture Properties was an easy and prompt experience, I would not hesitate to come back or recommend this place to my friends.

If you are looking to be steps away from everything in downtown Seattle this place is ideally located. Pros: - 5 blocks from Seattle Center, short walk to downtown - 2 blocks from Cafe Vita, great little coffee shop - 2 blocks from Crow, nice bar & restaurant - Secure, clean inside, remodel is good Cons: - Older building - Parking can be tricky, may need to park blocks away - Expensive option if you do not use the kitchen

We just returned from a fabulous weekend in Seattle to attend the 2011 Bumpershoot Festival over Labor Day Weekend at this location. It was perfect for us...perhaps not as close as a few hotels, but with so much more room and amenities like a full kitchen and a separate bedroom and at a very competitive rate in comparison. Very well stock kitchen and unit, nicely decorated, convenient to Seattle Center and Queen Ann area, and a bus line only a block away. We arrived Friday night and did not move our car until we left on Monday (and we even walked all the way to Downtown Seattle via Broad Street, the Sculpture Garden, Waterfront, Pike Place Market and Seattle retail shops!) before taking the Monorail back to the Seattle Center for Bumpershoot events. Many bus options also available for any of these locations as well. My group of teen/early twenties children loved the flexibility of coming "home" for meals or a break in a relaxing location. And we sure built up some muscles scaling the hill for one block, but that also afforded us some awesome views of the Space Needle and Seattle Center! If you are not attending a festival like Bumpershoot, I would highly recommend purchasing the Seattle City Pass and taking advantage of all the offerings. Most of them are within walking distance (or transit if you are not into walking), and will give you a great experience to remember while visiting Seattle.

This apartment served as our launching-off point for our 1-year, round the world journey! We stayed in late August, 2011 and were very happy with the property. An "itty bitty" view of the skyline from the bedroom window, but a great view from the front of the building--including the Space Needle in the clouds. It was nice having some basics such as coffee, tea, sugar, milk and salt & pepper in the apartment. There is a very nice market 2 short blocks away. Please note that the apartment is up a fairly steep hill, so might not be suitable for those with physical challenges.

Fabulous apartment in a great location! We were a party of 4 adults and found it roomy and comfortable. The apartment had everything we could possibly think of, plus more. We were within walking distance to everything and found it quite easy to get around, a car wasn't necessary - although the hill at the end of the day could sometimes be a challenge. Situated in a quiet neighbourhood, loved the walk (and the view) through Bhy Kracke Park and up to Queen Anne to the supermarkets and other shops. Farmers Market on a Thursday night was a bonus :) Loved it!

We just returned from our trip to Seattle and absolutely loved it. The apartment is as described; very clean, neat and well decorated. It was located at the top of a hill so if you don't have a car be prepared for the hike up to it and if you like to walk bring tennis shoes. We didn't rent a car, but pretty much walked everywhere or took the monorail, the train, taxi or the trolley/S.L.U.T. There is a 24 hour grocery store/QVC about 3 blocks away that has everything you could possibly need. If you want to save a little money go up to the Bank of America Observation Deck and you can see all of Seattle with the exception of one side that is a wall for $5.00 per person. The Space Needle is quite a bit more and the BOA is the highest skyscraper in Seattle. We did the market; went to Ballard, Freemont, took a water taxi over to Alki Beach and ate at Salty's, took a ferry over to Bainbridge Island, went to a Mariner's game and if you want to get a bird's eye view of Seattle take the seaplane tour at Kenmore Air. It was absolutely amazing, but it is 100.00 per person. There is a cool diner called Roxy's in Freemont and a really good brewery at the market called Pike Brewery that was really good as well. Overall we will definately being going back and will stay at this apt again if it's available. Debra is also very easy to work with and will answer all of your questions. Ken and Michelle

Our family of four had a very comfortable stay in this lovely apartment. Exceptionally clean and well appointed, the rental is a great value for a Seattle vacation. We found everything to be exactly as described. Kitchen was beautiful and nicely equipped! Rental process was hassle-free, and deposit was promptly returned. The building is a short distance to many city attractions. We used the Seattle CityPass and would recommend it to others, especially families (includes admission to the Space Needle, aquarium, zoo, EMP, science center, etc). The area is very walkable, but - as others have noted - the steep hills (and building stairs) could be difficult for some. We had no problems with street parking or with noise from other units (comparable to a quiet hotel). Excellent grocery just down the street. Also, the record shop, Silver Platters, is well worth a visit. We enjoyed a nice Tex Mex dinner a few blocks over @ Laredos. Loved the neighborhood!! Met some friendly people as we were out walking. Overall, a very pleasant stay. We would gladly recommend it to others.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Aqua Terrace. Debra, the manager, was responsive from our first inquiry until the return of our deposit. This property is clean, convenient and very comfortable. We made it our "headquarters" for exploring Seattle as well as taking a day trip to Kingston, Poulsbo and Bainbridge Island via ferry. Seattle Center and the Space Needle were just a few blocks away and Westlake Center and downtown were an easy monorail ride from there for a change of pace from our extensive walking. The kitchen was well-stocked with necessary utensils for the light cooking we did and the apartment is only 3 or 4 blocks from a QFC grocery which was very handy. There are several restaurants within walking distance and the center of Queen Anne is very close as well. Don't miss the Kerry Park Viewpoint on Highalnd Drive. We were able to take fabulous photos of Seattle in the morning, mid-day and night. Concerning another guest's comments about "thin walls"...though we did hear some footsteps from above and very muffled voices from next door when in the living room, we never noticed any noise anywhere else in the apartment. We had absolutely no trouble at all sleeping in the very comfortable queen bed.

We had a wonderful stay at Aqua Terrace. The apartment was very clean and well decorated, with a very comfortable bed and a nice big sofa! Debra, the apartment manager, was extremely helpful while we were planning our stay, even providing us a pack-n-play and booster seat for our 18-month old son. The location is great, a 10-minute walk to Seattle Center, two blocks to Cafe Vitta for great coffee, and a grocery store just 5 blocks away. It is on a very steep hill, so walking can be tricky for new walkers (e.g. our 18-month old) and maybe for older guests. We did not opt to rent a parking spot below the building, and were able to get back-in angle parking in front of the building about 50% of the time. We were usually able to find street parking within a block or two of the apartment (but then had to walk up the hill, so may be worth paying for parking under the building). All in all, the apartment was great for our small family and we had a wonderful stay!

My friend and I stayed at Aqua Terrace for four days this past week, and we were lucky enough to have beautiful sunny weather not typical of Seattle! The vacation rental was beautiful inside, tastefully decorated and with all the amenities you'd need to have a relaxing and cozy stay. It was like a home away from home. The neighborhood is safe and in a perfect location, close to the Interstate but also very walker-friendly. The coffee shop just a block down the street made the perfect latte, and parking was easy to find within a block or so radius each time we returned to the condo. We really loved the place, and thanks for making our Seattle stay comfortable without breaking the bank!

We were very busy attending wedding events so didn't get a chance to do much sight seeing. We really appreciated having such a nice place to come back to every night to relax and unwind. The condo is very comfortable and tastefully furnished. One reviewer commented on the noise level, but we heard only light footsteps from the unit above us in the morning. It was not disturbing at all...certainly not like the slamming doors you would hear in a motel or hotel in the morning. Debra was easy to work with and very quick to respond to emails and phone calls. We would recommend this home-away-from home to friends and relatives and will definitely be back ourselves.

All new and beautifully decorated as seen in photos, very clean, comfortable, and safe. Our kids just wanted to hang out in the condo rather than tour the city! It was also a nice touch that some consumable supplies were provided (coffee, tea, sugar, laundry detergent, aluminum foil, etc). Property manager Debra was accommodating and helpful - thank you Debra! One small caution: the building is located on a VERY steep hill which is difficult to climb, especially after a long day of walking around.

The apartment is located on lower Queen Anne Hill, only a few blocks from Seattle Center. The apartment looked recently remodeled, was very clean, and was well stocked with linens and sundries. The kitchen was stocked with just about everything you would need to do your own cooking, and it had plenty of dishes and utencils. It's well located if you like to walk, but if not, then the bus stop is just a couple of blocks away. Street parking was generally okay, but we had a bit of a problem on the Memorial Day weekend when we were there, probably because of its proximity to Seattle Center. Traffic was also challenging that weekend, again because of the Center, but eventually we figured out ways to avoid the area around the Center if we were driving. A good map is crucial. We are walkers, so this was a good location for exploring on foot the Seattle Center, Queen Anne Hill, Downtown and the waterfront. We would recommend this place to friends and relatives.

The condo description and photos are very accurate - it is a clean, well decorated space, and the location is outstanding. You are within walking distance to the Seattle Center area, or there is a bus stop one block away (#3 & #4 at Prospect & Taylor) that heads downtown. Four or five blocks away is a grocery store at 5th and Mercer, or a fifteen minute walk will get you to the restaurants at Queen Anne N. I highly recommend the Five Spot! Debra, the property manager, was very responsive to emails and was attentive to our needs. If I come back to Seattle, this is the place I will stay!

We loved this condo! Beautifully decorated and the location is perfect ~ within walking distance to the Seattle Center, Space Needle and Market. The owner was very helpful and prompt with their responses. We were totally impressed and would definitely recommend this condo. It was our first visit to Seattle and next time we visit, we plan to book it again! Loved Bizarro's Restaurant (decorating is very bizarre - hence the name -- but the food was delicious) and also Ray's Cafe on the Sound. If you like Vietnamese food, lunch at Monkey Bridge is outstanding and cheap!!! Overall, you will not be disappointed with Aqua Terrace!

Very clean, well-kept condo with a beautiful newly remodeled kitchen. The proximity to downtown is fabulous and street parking is readily available. The only thing I would note is that if you are a light sleeper, this is not the place for you. The walls are very thin and you can hear every footstep, television and voices above, below and next door. The price is right for the location and Debra at Picture Properties is fabulous to work with.
