This charming two-story home is a comfortable place to relax with family or friends after skiing or the perfect place for a summer barbecue.
4 bedrooms, 2 baths – Downstairs you’ll find two bedrooms with queen-sized beds and a full bath. Upstairs are two enormous bedrooms, sleeping 3 and 4 respectively, one full bath and a convenient laundry area.
The open-plan living room has 2 cozy couches and chairs facing a gas fireplace with lots of space for board games, watching TV or simply reading a good book. Open kitchen with electric appliances and a dining room that seats twelve. Home has cable TV, and a DVD/VCR. The sliding glass door off the dining area leads you to the large deck.
The Chamberlands membership includes use of the private pool and beach, tennis courts and restaurant; all within walking distance. Or take the bus available to members only.
Close to Homewood ski resort and 15-20 minutes from Squaw Valley, Alpine Meadows and Northstar. (OK, my brother-in-law says it takes longer to get to Northstar, but he drives like and old man.)
