Rates listed are discounted in comparison to comparable AQUA Resort managed units. In my experience, large discounts result in more damages; therefore we do not offer LARGE discounts. Offering $500.00 for peak season week is not a serious offer.

Does not include refundable damage deposit. ($250.00) Rates are subject to change without notice!!!! Pay with credit card 3% of total charge for US issued cards. 5% for non US issued cards.
Reservation Deposit: 30% of Base rental amount. A link for payment via credit card will be forwarded to you and must be paid within 48 hours. Balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. It must be received on or before the 30th day. Damage Deposit is 250.00.
If booking is for less than 30 days prior to arrival - it is full payment to reserve.
Occupancy:
The Maximum number of guests for this condo is 8. Children under 2 are excluded in the count. For your comfort, we suggest adults not sleep in sofa sleeper.
We will not rent to persons other than families, married couples, and adults who are 25 years of age or older. The renter must closely and personally supervise all occupants of a property under the age of 25 years. Any reservation made under false pretenses will be subject to loss of rent and/or eviction. This includes exceeding the maximum number of guests.

I stayed in 1709 last week for a girlfriends get away. It was great! The beds are comfortable ,linens are nice and soft and the Best surprise of all is what is in the hall closet!! Really neat beach chairs that yiou can sit right by the waters edgein, boogie boards and a rolling cart to haul everything to the beach with! With the two provided beach chairs and umbrella already on the beach that's plenty. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need and washer and dryer are super.I will certainly stay here agin. Thanks for the all the convienience!Recommended for: Girls getaway, tourists without a car, families with teenagers.

We enjoyed the condo and property very much. We had plenty of room for six adults and two teenagers. The unit is very nicely decorated and very clean. The beach chairs were great and the pool area was very pretty and well maintained. Sitting on the balconey in the evenings and watching the sunset, the dolphins and even a manatee was amazing.Owner response: We are so glad you enjoyed your stay! Our family had a wonderful Spring Break week at Aqua. The condo is spacious, clean and beautifully decorated. The views were spectacular... dolphins in the morning and gorgeous sunsets to end the day. Pier Park is great for shopping and casual dining. Highly recommend Pompanos for seafood...the She Crab Soup was outstanding! Hope we can visit again sometime soon.Recommended for: Girls getaway, romantic getaway, families with teenagers.

Great condo. Excellent location. Clean and nicely furnished. Flat screen TV's, comfortable beds and beautiful views.Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers.

We enjoyed a quite getaway at Aqua. The view of the Pier is great from the Balcony and we loved the close proximity of Pier Park. We began with a beverage on the balcony watching the sun set and then continued for a great meal at Saltwater Grill. It was a great long weekend to unwind and relax! We will definitly be back!Recommended for: Girls getaway, tourists without a car, age 55+, romantic getaway, sightseeing, families with teenagers.

This unit has everything we needed! It was beautifully decorated yet very functional. The view from the balcony is awesome. Our children loved the pools! We will definetly come back.Recommended for: Girls getaway, tourists without a car, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers.

About the owner: As the mother of a two teens, we try to escape to the beach as much as possible. My 14 year old loves Pier Park in the evenings and my son enjoys deep sea fishing. PCB offers something for everyone! I think it is calling me now!
Why the Owner Chose Aqua:
We purchased our Aqua unit to accommodate our family vacations. Panama City has experienced a re birth with new condos, shops and restaurants. It is a great place for family but fun for couples as well. There are many options for night life.
