This executive condominium is located in Marina Palmira, walking distance on the malecon (boardwalk) to the center of town, with direct access to boat slips if required. The adjacent hotel has tennis and a pool and the apartment has private access to the roof with marina views.
The condominium has been totally refurbished and redecorated to provide comfort and convenience to the executive visitor and provides an excellent alternative to a hotel for a short to medium stay. The kitchen is fully equipped with American appliances including microwave, blender, toaster etc. There is a flat screen TV, satellite receiver, telephone, DSL and wireless internet. There is a washer and dryer on the service patio; in other words all that is required for an executive, or family of two, to stay and conduct business in a comfortable environment.
I live nearby, in the marina, and there is also a manager to attend to any special needs at any time. Formal invoices (facturas) can be provided if required.

We rented this condo for 1 month for family members to stay in while visiting us in La Paz. The condo is beautiful, recently renovated, well laid out & well equipped. It's location near Marina Palmira is tranquil & beautiful while being close enough to town to enjoy a nice walk along the Malecon. Our family was very happy & comfortable here. The owner is extremely accommodating & it was a pleasure dealing with him. We will definitely rent the condo in the future to accommodate guests visiting us here.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, sightseeing.

About the owner: I am semi-retired, living in La Paz (but still maintaining a residence in California) for four years. I fly a helicopter here (mostly for charitable purposes) and enjoy the access to the water, the bays and the islands.
Why the Owner Chose La Paz:
I have always looked to alternatives to hotels when traveling abroad, especially when on business. I live in Marina Palmira and, when this nearby condominium became available, I thought it would be fun to create a small, convenient rental with all amenities that I would desire when travelling on business.
