We could not have asked for a better vacation. We stayed with 2 kids under the age of 5 and they loved it too. There is a high chair and there are lots of books, DVD's and toy for them as well. The place is clean, spacious, high ceilings, light and upscale. The location is perfect. Walking distance to everything you need. It is so close to the beach and the boardwalk. We rarely used the car. The owners are so wonderful. They are responsive and lovely people. They were there when we were on vacation and whenever we needed something, they were there right away. We will for sure return!!! We highly recommend this lovely vacation home.

The condo was exactly as seen in the pictures and as described. Very well kept, clean and spacious. Perfect for families with children. The front deck was nice to sit and relax or eat meals out there. You can walk to anything you need including the beach, boardwalk, convenience store, and restaurants. We liked Piccini which is just a block down the road - good pizza, pasta and sandwiches. Overall great get away to Ocean City!

My family and I stayed at this beautiful condo for 10 days and I couldn't have asked for anything better. A few blocks to beach and boards, WAWA, DD, stores down on Asbury, and a great little donut shop a few doors down. The owners had excellent communication and it was great not having to stop to pick up a key. They really make getting in and out easy. I would come back every year! It was truly a home away from home. Love the deck looking out onto Asbury. Stayed here with my family of four (2 children under 5) and my sister and brother-in-law. Plenty of room for us not to feel as if we were on top of each other. Cannot say enough good about this place. Thanks for making our vacation wonderful!

Was excaclty what we were looking for - 3 bedrooms - i know my mattress was new and it aappeard the other rooms were as well as no one complained about a sore back. Could not have been easier in getting in - the system they have makes it so you can get in when you get there, do not have to get to a management company by 5:00pm. Highly recommend and look forward to renting again. Thank you

We vacationed at this location last September for the first time. What a perfect spot! Located closely to anything you would need...I don't think we used the car all week. It was perfect for 2 families vacationing at the beach with 3 small children (with plenty of room to spare). The home was excellently equipped for people travelling with young children including a high chair and pack 'n plays. The kids room was ideal...it let them have their own space so we did not have to watch cartoons all day! Although we took advantage of Mack n Manco's a few times...we are a family that loves to cook. The kitchen was modern and fully equipped to allow us to do that...going out to eat with 3 children under the age of 4 is not our favorite thing to do! The beach was perfect (the weather helped) and had bathrooms and food nearby on the boardwalk. I also loved that the cleaning was included in the price of the rental...there is nothing worse than having to clean a house after a relaxing week of vacation! There were only 2 small negatives...no grill and lots of stairs. But the stairs helped us burn off the Boardwalk food! Thanks to the owners for a wonderful week. They were a pleasure to work with as well. We will definitely be back next September!

Remember to bring everything you need

We spent almost a week (thank you Hurricane Irene and more thanks to our lovely hosts who prorated the rental to account for the evacuation order) in this lovely rental. The pictures are accurate, the location is fabulous, and for a family of 5 (including 2 surly teenage boys) the property was excellent. We would definitely come back again. This is our 6th time renting properties from VRBO, and it is important to point out that this is not the same as renting a cottage that the owners use regularly. We are used to finding hair dryers, dish soap, laundry soap, assorted spices, dish towels and sometimes condiments in the fridge. None of that is here. (not a criticism, but more as helpful information to future renters). If you don't have something, most stuff can be found at the local grocery store (the SuperFresh is only a few blocks away). Tea towels and dish cloths can be bought at Hoy's Five and Dime at 740 Asbury. As for the lack of hair dryer - no one commented on my wild hair :) Also, for those not familiar with the Ocean City (i.e. other Canadians like us), it is a 'dry town'. You need to purchase, um, adult refreshments before you cross the bridge in to Ocean City. Other noteworthy pieces of information for clueless Canucks and others "not in the know" 1. You can only bike on the boardwalk before noon. 2. Beach tags are needed if you are over the age of 12, and only before 4:30 pm. 3. Fractured Prune Donuts need to be eaten hot (and the ones "less decorated" are better). 4. Kohr's Brothers Frozen Custard is better than any soft ice cream you eat,. 5. Try Johnson's Popcorn. 6. In really heavy waves (i.e. just after a hurricane and a full moon), you are not allowed to use boogie boards. 7. Sea salt and sand ruins beach chairs, so if you are a late season rental, you might want to bring your own chairs. The owners purchase 4 chairs at the beginning of the season, but there were only 2 chairs usable when we visited at the end of the summer.

We spent a wonderful week here in July. Even through there were 8 of us, we never felt like we were crowded at all. The home is beautiful, spacious and has all the conveniences you can ask for. The home was everything the owner described and more. The home is clean and well maintained and the owner was very responsive. The location is great! Only 3 blocks to the beach and boardwalk - you never need to use your car! The kids loved that we were in between two ice cream shops! I think they were there every night! I would definitely stay here again!

We had our family vacation at this home and it was absolutely beautiful. If you needed it it was there. The home is meticulously maintained and is conveniently located for easy access to the boardwalk and the beach.

Our first trip to Ocean City NJ, but certainly not the last. The location is fantastic for walking everywhere you need to go. My wife and I stayed here with our 2 year old son, the only drawback is the fresh donut shop up the block is too close! The property was nicely maintained, clean, and had plenty of games and videos to keep my son occupied at night before he collapsed from too much activity on the beach. We would certainly recommend this property to families looking for a nice getaway.

Our two daughters, son-in-law and 3 grandchildren, 6,5 and 3 joined us for a week in this condo. We found the facilities and location to be ideal. The furnishings and dishes, glasses, pots and pans,etc. were more than sufficient. We enjoyed our evening meals on the front deck. Flat screen TVs in every room and games and books for the children were very nice. The condo is bright and cheerful throughout. The laundry facilities are convenient and efficient. Having only 3.5 blocks to walk to the beach an boardwalk is ideal. We were able to leave the cars in the garage and driveway and walk to all of the attractions we wanted to access. The provision of beach tags and some beach chairs was also nice amenities. Overall our week in this delightful condo was enjoyed by all and we hope to return again..

My family stayed here for memorial day weekend. It was the first time I consented to not staying in my beloved Avalon. I knew OC was a great family resort town, but I was in store for a great surprise. First of all the owners were very friendly and accomodating. I had never experienced that with a rental. But the condo was gorgeous, comfortable and in a great location. When I found it On VRBO, my husband was apprehensive that it offered everything it promised. We have been burned on renatls before. And we never even saw this place prior to renting!! He was very happy. The condo is truely central to everything a family could ask. We plan on returning again next year

My family and my sister's family stayed here for a long weekend and we had a wonderful time! The house is just as it looks, very clean, and spacious! The house was a great house for all of us, with three kids under age 4. It was great to be able to walk to the boardwalk and beach. The owners let us use their portable cribs and high chair which was so great to not have to pack them. My sister voted our vacation as a ten out of ten, and I'd have to agree!

We had a wonderful stay at your vacation rental. The rental was as depicted in the description but even better. The rooms were clean and up-to-date. The house is totally aimed at families with children from babies to teens. Best of all is the location. The home is located in the heart of the "shopping district on Asbury" and if headed up to the boards you pop out close to the middle! The homeowners are easy to work with and have outstanding follow-up and communication skills. A total find and would highly recommend!

We had such a wonderful time at your rental property we just had to write! The condo was neat, clean and appeared just like it did in your pictures...only better. We had all the comforts of home (i.e. a washer, dryer, dishwasher, WONDERFUL air conditioning, televisions in every room and more...I especially liked the single serve coffee maker!) plus we could walk EVERYWHERE. Your location is so close to everything that we didn't need to use our car the entire week. Instead we enjoyed sipping cocktails on the deck and walking past the quaint shops on the way to the beach and boardwalk. Thank you for making our stay so comfortable and affordable. We look forward to returning next year!

We loved our experience at this property! My family had an excellent time staying at this clean, modern condo.It was also a perfect location on the boardwalk and for shopping on Asbury Street. We loved all of the amenities, especially the washer/dryer in the unit. The owners thought of everything for this property to make it fun and enjoyable for families. My two boys loved the bunk beds, toys, games, and books. We were also excited to use the boogie boards, beach chairs and umbrella! This was our first experience as a family renting in Ocean City and can't wait to return next year!

Wonderful vacation home!

We stayed in Ocean City for the second week of August at this wonderful vacation home. It is in a prime location and is so close to the boardwalk that we never even needed to move our cars. The kids loved the nightly walks to Jake's for ice cream or water ice since it was only about 8 homes from this house. We stayed with our family of six and had plenty of space. Our older boys loved the bunk bed room and took turns using the top bunk- thank goodness because we thought that would have been an argument! We put our twins in the back room in cribs we rented (which was a wonderful) and there was still space to move around the room. The home is fully stocked with games, dvd's and all of the amenities one would need for a great week. Chris, Robert, and their families were easy to deal with and communicated quickly and easily with us. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

The property was a great location - boardwalk and beach well within walking distance! Plenty of room - we had 7 people. There were only 2 parking spaces - 1 in the garage and one in the driveway.

My family stayed at this location on Asbury Ave. for a week and loved it. The pictures describe the home perfectly. There were 9 of us and we had plenty of room. The home was very neat and clean and had everything you need. There is a large porch facing Asbury Ave. where we spent a lot of our time. This location is very accessible to the boardwalk, beach and downtown. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone.

Had a great time at this vacation home. Great location, close to everything. The home was just as pictured. Much bigger than expected. Everything we needed was supplied! The Keurig coffee maker was a great surprise and we ended up buying one when we got home! Loved the porch, great for gathering or sunbathing! We had grandmother 5 kids and couple. Great space! Will definately go back. Best place we have stayed in quite a while!

Our family stayed here for the spring block party in May. We had a great time being able to walk right down stairs to shop as well as sitting on the deck to people watch! The house is very spacious and clean. I also had twins which the owners were nice enough to leave me two pack and plays. It was a great time & look forward to coming back next year.
