  My family stayed here for a week and were extremely pleased with this condo. It was beautifully decorated and had plenty of room for our family of 8. Twin beds in two of the bedrooms was great for the grandkids. The view of the beach from the wraparound balcony was awsome and the boardwalk provided easy access to the beach. There were plenty of activities and restaurants within two miles. The manager was very helpful and the listing and photos were accurate. I would definitely recommend this condo to anyone.

  Recommended for: Families with young children, age 55+, families with teenagers, sightseeing.

  This property was very true to its description. Beautiful place and very spacious. I traveled with other moms for local cheer competition and we all had plenty of room. It was very clean and well maintained. We had all essentials needed to cook a couple of meals. The owner was easy to work with and responded in timely manner when making arrangements. I definitely would recommend stay in the future.

  I live in Biloxi and my family has come down from Ohio to visit the past two years. Last year, we visited Pensacola and stayed in a beach home. This year we stayed in this unit and we are already talking about staying here again next year! It is a very nice Penthouse with a fatastic wrap-around balcony with breathtaking views. Having the pool, hot tub, and fitness room was a definite plus! The owner was extremely helpful and answered any and all questions I had. Very easy beach access and just minutes from everything there is to do in Pensacola Beach. There is a restaurant next door named Peg Leg Pete's, I would definitely recommend this for seafood lovers!

  Beautiful view and layout of the condo. Needs some loving tender care to fix broken things and replace torn Queen size blanket, uncomfortable mattresses and pillows. No towel rods in bathrooms 2 and 3 to hang bathtowels. One fry pan in terrible condition; 2 pot covers put no pots to match for cooking. Curious George area rug in children's bedroom was filty. Bedspreads in that room not clean. Could be a beautiful, comfortable condo. With some maintenance and updating in bedrooms and bathrooms, it could be a wonderful vacation spot.

  Owner response: I appreciate knowing, now, what needs to be attended to in the Penthouse. I am sorry that I was not made aware of these concerns during your stay so that I could work on them for you. Hopefully next time when you stay at our Penthouse, you will rent through me and VRBO instead of the local rental company that way you can have my cell phone number and we can take care of problems as they arise instead of at check out. I put brand new clean twin bedspreads in one of the closets last year so that we would have extra if a guest thought the originals needed to be cleaned. As of 8/8/2012 the Penthouse has an all new complete cookware set, new Queen bedding, and new pillows. To my wonderful future renters: If you check in and find that anything needs to be attended to or is less than acceptable, please call my cell phone. I want to make sure that you get your money's worth and are very satisfied with your stay. We are very fortunate to have a full and busy summer of rentals and with that come issues that are sometimes difficult to address and resolve within the back to back window on Saturdays. If you let me know though, I will do my best to make sure that your stay is nothing short of wonderful, beautiful, and relaxing! Thank you for renting through and with us and enjoy your stay!
