  Another great stay at the Beach House! Weddings are such happy, joy-filled celebrations. This house was filled with much happiness and joy! Family, old friends, from far and near, new friends and a brand new family!!! This house is so blessed and is such a blessing! We really don't want to leave. But we will be back! This home is God sent!

  This is our 2nd year coming to this house for MLK day weekend. We all had so much fun. Our grandkids had been begging us for a trip to the snow but now that they have been here twice they are planning where they will sleep next year and what they will do. That's good for us since we love Carpinteria and really aren't to fond of snow. So, as they were leaving they said "we want to come back next year" Whew!!

  Our family enjoyed a Christmas vacation in the house! We initally thought of staying in Santa Barbara. We are so happy we stayed in Carpinteria. The location of the house is perfect-close to the beach, shopping, and the brewery! The house was a good fit for our family.

  The Indiana family enjoyed this house and the Carpinteria area- especially the beach-we want to come back annually. Surfing was great!

  Thank you sooo much! This house was amazing! Here served as home base for a wedding. These walls witnessed the chaos that only a wedding can bring. 650 cupcakes were baked in this kitchen, countless flower arrangements were assembled. A bond that united a new famliy was created. Can't wait for the next adventure to the Beach House.

  What a fantastic home to have a family function at. Our daughter's wedding at the Polo Club was beautiful as well as successful. This house was a perfect location to house all the family members. Thursday's Farmers Market was great! We all felt that we lived in the house for years. Very homey and comfortable. We have already recommended this house to others. Lastly, John and Jason were quick to help and provided great customer service.

  Thank you for sharing your home. This was our 2nd visit to this wonderful home and it was even better than the first time!! All the children remembered the house and had the room's reserved. It was fantastic to re-visit again and we will hope to be back next summer.   Our family had a wonderful 5 days in this great house in Carpinteria. We had beautiful warm weather wonderful meals, fun with our childern and grandchildren. We rented this house sight unseen and it was perfect. Plenty of room for our family of 12 plus BBQ's with family from Ventura area and LA. Everyone agreed we should make it an annual family vacation. Thank You.

  This house was so much more than we could have hoped for! It allowed our famliy from Iowa, California, Texas, and Carpinteria to be together for our son's graduation. We cooked, ate, played, relaxed, laughed, reminisced and prayed together. Thanks you for sharing this house. We loved it while we were here! And the memories we made while here will be shared for many years!.

  We had such an amazing, good, fabulous, relaxing, special, wonderful time. We rented this without seeing it- we love it. We'll be back if there is room next winter.

  We really enjoyed our entire visit to Carpinteria. The house was full of laughter and fun our entire stay. The beach is close, tyhe restrooms wonderful, and the stores walking close. The backyard and BBQ area is truly a giant bonus. We can not wait to return here next year.
