Located just 10 minutes down the hill from Snow basin Resort, this estate residence boasts 4 bedrooms, 5 baths and plenty of room to play. Located within a private community overlooking Pineview Lake, this home can accommodate up to 16 guests in 3 king bedrooms with en-suite baths, a bunkroom with two full size bunks and a sleeper sofa in a separate room with private tub/shower.
The enormous Great Room is framed in massive timbers with oversized windows from which to enjoy the north-western views of Ben Lomond and Willard Peaks. The kitchen is truly gourmet, with knotty alder cabinetry, hardwood flooring, top-of-the-line stainless appliances including two ovens, side-by-side refrigerator and convection/microwave. A large island allows everyone in the party to feel a part of the culinary experience, yet leave elbow room for the chef. The casual dining area is flanked by windows, with lake and mountain views.
The living room features an enormous L- shaped sofa configuration facing the gas log fireplace, with rich upholstered seating and leather trim, with a generous supply of throw pillows to maximize comfort while watching the big screen HDTV with HD Satellite service, blue-ray player & surround sound. The King Master suite is generously sized, with seating/reading nook and private access to a deck. The en-suite bath offers oversized, dual shower heads with travertine tiles and Euro glass, his and her vanities and a large soaking jetted tub.
Downstairs, there`s a separate kitchen with microwave, sink and refrigerator. The enormous Media room with projector and an oversized screen is movie & sports central; a large leather sectional sofa and a separate bar table that seats 6 provide ample seating. Adjacent to the media room is the game room with a pool table and game table with lots of fun board games for all ages. You will also find two master suites, both with King size beds and en-suite baths and a terrific bunk room with two full size bunk beds. And of course, after a day on the slopes, you can relax in the sauna!
The fully equipped office with PC, printer/fax/copier is included and Wi-Fi offers the ultimate convenience when you HAVE to check in back at the office. A fully outfitted laundry room makes longer stays inviting.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful, fully appointed vacation home! Once we added food, we had everything we ever needed to cook, clean, wash, etc. So refreshing to not have to search for a spatula when everyone is waiting for dinner! The home is perfectly located amongst all Utah has to offer. We went a different way every day and just had an absolutely wonderful time. The lake is so close and you can rent any watercraft you could want. We spent time at the Huntsville park playing tennis and letting the kids enjoy the shaded playground. Of course, Snowbasin and Park City are a hop, skip away and we had two great days there as well. Can't say enough. The owners take great care to make sure the house is homey as well as functional. We had four adults and four children with room to spare! Thanks for a great Utah experience :)Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

My husband and I travelled to Snowbasin from Charlotte, North Carolina with our two teenage kids for spring break this year. We were blown away by how nice the accomodations were and how close the home was to both Snowbasin and Powder Mountain ski resorts. We even took a short 45 minute drive one day to Park City to check out the town. The 180 degree views of the mountains and lake from the home are spectacular both morning and night and it was a delight to watch the biggest snow storm of the season come in from the living room. But even with a 20 inch dump in one night, we were able to zip right up the road to Snowbasin the next day to enjoy the powder of the century. I wish we had invited our friends and their kids given the house is so spacious and the media and activity rooms were killer. Can't wait to come again this summer to take advantage of the lake activities!Recommended for: Sightseeing, people with disabilities, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

Shooting Star Saloon View on map
The Shooting Star, centered in downtown Huntsville, is the oldest bar in Utah. Built in 1865 as a trading post, it was converted into a bar in 1879. Headlining the menu is the triple-decker Star burger, which features a split knockwurst nestled among the lettuce, pickles and tomato. The double bacon cheese is another favorite. Burgers come with potato chips. "We are not a restaurant," the menu declares. "No substitutes." There's beer on tap and dark bottled microbrew if the draft is too light for your taste.

With over 8 years experience working with several of the largest residential developers in the Ogden Valley, she has developed an extensive database of clients and customers who share her passion for this high mountain Eden. Those who know her would tell you Leigh Ann is extremely focused on her clients’ needs, with her ultimate goal being a successful transaction. She has been a sales leader in the Ogden Valley marketplace since her first year in the business, largely because she has never wavered from fulfilling her clients’ goals. A native of Texas, she is a graduate of the University of Stephen F. Austin University in Nacogdoches, TX and did her graduate work at Texas A & M, earning a degree in Counseling Psychology. Her intuitive understanding of the needs of the second home owners propelled her to create her new company, Utah Lodging, to manage vacation home rentals & services.
