Our family shared this unit with another family for mid-winter break. We were absolutely blown away! The unit is beautifully decorated and had more than enough space for our two families to spread out. As an added bonus, the unit is directly on the beach allowing for a beautiful view. We also loved that the unit provided such easy access to everything we needed - beach, pool, the nearby restaurants located in town. An absolutely perfect location. Susana made us feel absolutely pampered. Her food was beyond delicious and she was more than happy to cater to some of our younger, pickier palates. She was truly a delight and really added something special to our vacation experience. Last, but far from least, I can't overstate the convenience of the golf cart provided with this unit. This amenity allowed us to cruise around Punta Mita and sample a number of the wonderful restaurants within the gates, not to mention providing easy access to the Beach Club. We are definitely going back to Punta Mita and this property will be our first choice!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

This was my first visit to Punta Mita and was one of my favorite Mexico destinations. The views and outdoor feel of Hacienda de Mita was spectacular. We really enjoyed having the option of our private pool or spending the day at one of the other beautiful pools within the Punta Mita community. Having access to the 6 person golf cart was so much fun and allowed us to explore the area. I would highly recommend this home for girls, guys or families--especially golfers!!Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, girls getaway.

The apartment is great. We loved being close to town. Friends were staying at the Four Seasons and St Regis - our accommodations were much nicer, more spacious and a lot less expensive (our friends were jealous of our high-end golf cart--they were trapped at their resorts with long waits, we could pop all over punta mita at will). We loved walking to town when we ate out; the cook Susana made breakfasts and some other meals and the best guacamole and salsa (of many varieties) we've ever had. I've already recommended it to a friend. We loved our stay and plan to return.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children.

We shared this condo with another family making the guest total 6 (4 adults and 2 children). Our expectations were high, and we were never once disappointed. Our stay from start to finish was nothing short of spectacular. We arrived at the condo via the transportation service arranged through Rosina the concierge. We took a few short steps from the car and entered the condo to find it prepared for our arrival. Susana (the housekeeper/cook) and Rosina were both there to welcome us and familiarize us with our vacation home. Susana had prepared fresh salsa and guacamole. The kitchen was well stocked with items we had selected prior to arrival. The golf cart was charged and parked in the designated spot. The home was spotless. The condo is beautifully appointed and well designed. The huge outdoor patio was our favorite place in the house--WHAT A VIEW! We spent our days enjoying the beauty of Punta Mita. We visited the beaches at the St. Regis Beach Club, the Resident's Beach Club, and Kapuri Beach Club. All were outstanding, but the St. Regis was our favorite thanks to the wonderful service of Xavier. The Resident's Beach Club was great for the kids as they had a separate kid's pool and playground area. At times, we felt as if we had the beach to ourselves. We never had to fight crowds or deal with distractions/annoyances from loud neighbors. Each morning we awoke to a delicious breakfast prepared by Susana. She prepared whatever we requested and always went out of her way to make sure the kids were happy. We enjoyed lunches at the beach clubs. In the evening, we ate at some outstanding restaurants. We liked Blue Shrimp, Rosa Mexicano, and Margaritas. We loved Cafe des Artistes, Sufi, and Si Senor. All of the restaurants were very gracious in accomodating our kids. One night Susana prepared a great dinner for us in the condo including delicious mango margaritas! Safety was never a concern in Punta Mita. The gated resort community has 24 hour security. Even outside the gates of the resort, we always felt safe and found residents to be friendly and helpful. We found the golf cart useful in getting around to the beach clubs. We thought it was easier to walk to all the restaurants except Sufi. The walk is less than 5 minutes through a small gate just steps from HDM 206. If you have the opportunity to travel to Punta Mita, stay at this condo.You will not be disappointed! Thanks to Susana, Rosina, and Mike for making this vacation our family's favorite.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

We have been to Punta Mita several times and always have a lovely stay....but this unit by far is the best one we have stayed in! Pull into the parking garage and walk a few brief steps to your door.....open and it is where heaven begins. Beautiful furnishings a nd huge window and balcony with view to beach and ocean. Golf cart is a great benefit for going to play tennis or to the St Regis. Susanna the housekeeper/cook was fantastic....I have never had better ceviche and refried beans in my life. I could go on and on but all I need to say is I am already signed up to return in January!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

We had a wonderful time this past Thanksgiving. The Condo is spacious, ideally located and the support staff incredible. We had four children stay with us (age 7-11) and they had a blast at the condo. The condo is as nice as any five star hotel that I have stayed in and the photos are accurate. There is plenty of room for 10 people and the patio is huge. Our family would stay on the patio most evenings enjoying the sunset. The local help is great. Our cook/maid was a delight and cooked some of the most amazing food one can have. We were able to scoot around Punta Mita on with the golf cart that is provided. The kids loved that and so did we. Tons to do within Punta Mita or within 20 minutes (Sayulita for example). All I can say is this is the equivalent as staying in Penthouse Suite at the Four Seasons but nicer. I would highly recommend it and we had the time of our lives.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

Loved this trip. The beach was gorgeous and the rental was top of the line. The greatest part of the trip was the attention to detail that was provided by the staff. Loved Susana, she was our cook and made us the most delicious meals. We plan on going back soon!!! WE WERE 8 PEOPLE ( 4 ADULTS ) ( 4 KDIS ) AND WE HAD THE BEST VACATION EVER IN HACIENDA DE MITA 206. SUSANA THE HOUSE KEEPER MAKES GREAT FOOD AND KEEPS THE HOUSE EXCELLENT WELL MANTAINED. ROSSINA THE CONCIERGE TOOK CARE THAT EVERYTHING IS PERFECT FOR THE DAY WE ARRIVE. MIKE MYERS DID A GREAT JOB AND EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION IN THE PROCESS OF THE RENTAL AGREEMENT. I DEFINETLLY WILL VISIT HACIENDA DE MITA 206 AGAIN. WE STILL MISS ALL THE FUN AND GREAT PEOPLE IN PUNTA DE MITA.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children.

Our family of five went to Hacienda de Mita in August and had a wonderful trip. The condo is beautiful inside and out with a magnifiscent views. Susan made us incredible breakfasts and lunches and kept the condo in impeccable condition. We enjoyed the proximity to the town and interacting with the people and your able to take day trips snorkeling, fishing, surfing, etc from your back door basically. The pools are great and their beach club was really nice. You can go to the St Regis and Four Seasons in the golf cart but it was not necessary for us as we liked going to town. We have recommended this to are friends as the place to go with couples or family!!Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

Hacienda de Mita 206 is more beautiful than the pictures on the internet. It was extremely clean and very well appointed. We debated between staying at the Four Seasons and a Hacienda de Mita 206 and after staying in 206 and visiting the Four Seasons, we made the right choice with 206. Susanna the chef made the most amazing meals. She was friendly, curtious, and an exceptional cook. She also made fabulous drinks. Rosanna was wonderful and helped us a great deal. I've spent several months traveling in Europe and seen every landmark and major city in this country. I've been to Mexico countless times. This was bar none the most fabulous vacation I've ever had. Because we had house staff we were able to do nothing but relax. 206 is a very short walk from the public beach where we enjoyed local food, drinks, and people. We scuba dived with La Cruza who was also great. 206 suggested a driver who was also fantastic. I couldn't say something bad about our experience at 206 and in Punta Mita if I had to. It was spectacular!!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, people with disabilities, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.
