La Bella Vita is a modern style Loft directly above the merchants of Rosemary Beach on the North side of the town square (34 N. Barrett Square, Rosemary Beach, FL, 32461).
La Bella Vita is a 2BR/2BA Loft on the third floor of the Rosemary Beach Lofts. As you enter the unit a divided floor plan places you in the dining and kitchen area across from the spacious living room. No need to decide who gets the Master bedroom with our Loft! We have Two King Master bedrooms; both have a private bathroom and a private balcony.
We are centrally located in the town center of Rosemary Beach with restaurants, a fitness center, a spa, and shopping. Also located on the main square is a post office and the famous Sugar Shak for kids! You are a short walk to the white sandy beach; and the 4 Rosemary Beach Community Pools including the indoor Sky Pool which is heated and enclosed with climate control.
Beach Rentals of Florida provides all concierge services through LiveWell Bikes and Concierge for our guests. This includes bike rentals, golf cart rentals, airport transportation, grocery shopping, beach fire setups, fishing charters (Gulf or Bay), kayak rentals, baby sitters, restaurant reservations and recommendations, mid stay cleaning if needed, spa services, etc. The list goes on and on. Beach Rentals of Florida can provide any service you need!
Direct flights available into Panama City Beach’s (ECP) new airport (only 20 minutes away) and Fort Walton Beach’s (VPS) airport (45 minutes away) now available from Atlanta, Houston, Nashville, Memphis, and Orlando! Remember to ask about LiveWell’s Airport Transportation to and from 30A!
Reservation/ Booking Policy:
• A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking.
• Except for a 3.9% cancellation fee, deposits are fully refundable if cancellations are given 60 days prior to the arrival date.
• Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to arrival date.
• We accept checks and all credit cards.

Could not have asked for more in the check-in process, would definitely make me check with Beach Rentals of Florida about visits to Rosemary Beach!
