The villa is located in the De La Vista South villas on Morse Boulevard. Exceptionally convenient to, and within walking distance, to the Spanish Springs Town Square or the new Lake Sumter Landing Town Square.
You will find this villa is newly decorated in appealing fresh Florida colors. It has a queen master bedroom and 2 twin beds in the guest bedroom, a queen convertible sofa (the villa can sleep 6 comfortably) two full baths, fully furnished kitchen, with sufficient dishes and glassware for you and your guests, cable TV in the living and master bedroom areas, VCR/DVD, walk in closet, linens, a lanai, enclosed courtyard for privacy, garage, washer and dryer. All utilities, including twice weekly trash service, is provided--it has everything you could possibly need to enjoy your stay for a week or six months or a yearly rental. Everything is furnished but the grocery items.
Patio doors lead from the master bedroom and living areas to the lanai encouraging you to read, talk, have morning coffee or a full meal on the screened lanai. As a courtyard villa you can enjoy this in the privacy of the courtyard.
You can enjoy preparing a meal for you and your guests on the barbeque grill.
Enjoy riding the many miles of trails within The Villages on the bicycles provided.
Rental golf carts are available from within and outside of The Villages. Rental contacts provided upon request.
When you rent our villa you can become, with the optional Village ID's, just like a resident and enjoy all The Villages has to offer. This includes free golf on the 17 executive courses with reduced rates on the 8 championship courses including the Nancy Lopez and Arnold Palmer courses. Enjoy swimming in the 21 adult pools, 11 family pools, tennis, pickle ball, boccie ball, shuffleboard and myriad other recreational activities free.
There are free live bands and dancing under the stars at both town squares with a variety of music styles including the popular line dancing.
And of course let us not forget the private Katie Belle club for fine and informal dining and nightly dancing to a live band.
Visit the Town Squares or one of the many golf country clubs for breakfast, lunch or dinner followed by nightly dancing under the stars to free band music at each of the two town squares. Happy hour is 5 to 7 daily. Perhaps you may want to go to one of the many cinemas, enjoy free live entertainment in the Spanish Springs Church on the Square or shop at many of the fine shops located in Spanish Springs,Sumter Landing and the new Rolling Acres shopping center. Or perhaps bowl at one of the two bowling alleys.
A regional hospital and doctors are in the Villages. Churches of almost all denominations are in the Villages or nearby.
There are 25 golf courses of which 17 are executive courses free of green fees and eight championship with nominal green fees. Golf instruction and practice areas are available and all areas of The Villages are accessible by golf cart. |
