Remodeled bathrooms with rock and tile. Newer appliances. Big Washer/dryer Everything is included down to the crab traps and beach furniture.
Great family spot near Delaware but in Maryland.

This is our second time here for a get away spring weekend. The condo is very comfortable and right where we like to be, ocean view in north Ocean City.Recommended for: Age 55+, pet owners, romantic getaway.

We had a great get away weekend at this condo. It is comfortable, clean and nicely decorated. The kitchen is beautiful and well equipped. The unit is close to the beach and also walking distance to shopping and restaurants.Recommended for: Pet owners, romantic getaway.

Just got back a few weeks ago and loved it! Place was very clean and tastefully decorated. Owner was extremely helpful. Left my keys there and he promptly mailed them back! Short walk to the beach, location convienent to numerous restaurants. Would definately stay there again!Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, families with teenagers, pet owners, romantic getaway, girls getaway.

My Family, 2 Kids ages 12 &14, 2 small dogs the wife and I all enjoyed a great fall weekend at this location. Though not beach front, beach is visable from the unit, unit has everything you need. Clean, updated baths and furniture. Owner very nice, and helpful. Enjoyed it so much we are planning a return trip in the sping. The only drawback that someone may not like is it's on the 3rd level and you have to walk the steps. Less then a block to the beach, great in the offseasen to take the dogs and let them romp on the beach.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, pet owners, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

We really enjoyed our stay at this rental. Very nice, had everything we could think to need, close to the beach as well.Recommended for: Pet owners, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.
