"A Shore Thing" is a lavish Gulf front house that has exactly what you are looking for...a private home with a pool directly on the beach!! It is conveniently located at 2780 E County Highway 30A, Santa Rosa Beach, FL, 32459, US, in Seagrove. Conveniently located right across from the new V Restaurant and just a short bike ride from Seaside. Need groceries? The Publix at Watercolor Crossing is less than 1 mile away or call our concierge department and we will have the groceries in the house for you when you arrive!
"A Shore Thing" has 6 bedrooms, 7 Full Baths and 2 Half Baths, 2 Full Kitchens, and an elevator to make your vacation all the more enjoyable!!
1st Floor: The first floor hosts three bedrooms, all with private bathrooms, a full kitchen and living area leading to the private pool. Just beyond the french doors is your private beach access so you can enjoy your own slice of the Gulf of Mexico!!
2nd Floor: The second floor has the Main Living Area and Master Kitchen with breakfast bar and 1.5 bath.
3rd Floor: The third floor has the King Master bedroom and 2 queen bedrooms, all with full private bathrooms and a soaking tub in the master bath. The King Master bedroom and one of the queen bedrooms share a balcony that over looks the Gulf and pool.
Beach Rentals of Florida provides all concierge services for our guests. This includes bike/kayak rentals, airport transportation, beach fire setups, fishing charters (Gulf or Bay), baby sitters, grocery shopping, restaurant reservations/recommendations, mid stay cleaning if needed, spa services, etc. The list goes on and on. Anything service you need as a guest at our home Beach Rentals of Florida can provide. Their representatives know the area very well and will contact you once you’ve made your reservation to help you make your vacation plans.
Reservation/ Booking Policy:
• A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking.
• Except for a 3.9% cancellation fee, deposits are fully refundable if cancellations are given 60 days prior to the arrival date.
• Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to arrival date.
• We accept checks and all credit cards.
• CHECK IN IS AT 4:00 PM & CHECK OUT IS BY 10:00 AM

My extended family has been taking annual beach trips for the past 16 years and this home is our all-time favorite. We were pleasantly surprised to find that the house was even better than the photos/listing description. We had 13 in our group and the age range was from 13 to 70 and everyone enjoyed the home. The layout of the home is perfect for a large group. We enjoyed the pool, two full size kitchens, two sets of washers/dryers, the large second floor kitchen/living area that accomodated everyone and the additional separate living space on the 2nd floor was a nice surpise (even has a full bath!). It is a well appointed home but comfortable at the same time. The best compliment that I can give is that rain on 4 of the 7 days of our trip did not affect our great week at the beach. We actually enjoyed hanging out at the house on the rainy days. Can't say enough good things! The rental agency was very friendly, helpful and easy to work with. Thanks for a great week! We will be back next year.

We could walk down the beach to all the shops and restaurants in Seaside, but was just far enough away to have somewhat of private beach area.. The home was very well decorated with plenty of space for 2 large families. We loved the private pool area beachside. We will stay again and look forward to our return visit.
