We were in Tucson for our son's graduation. We stayed 03/28/2012 - 04/05/2012. The home is perfect. Very clean; well appointed; super comfortable. The location is outstanding: Close to downtown (5 minutes) but on the west side of the freeway so you feel like you aren't caught up in the busy downtown life. The neighborhood is safe, neat and very friendly - most of the homes are owner occupied and they all waved as we came and went from the rental. Carol is very easy to work with - she handles the scheduling. Angel, Carol's husband, handles the maintenance and cleanup - he is always available by phone for anything. This is the perfect place to stay.Recommended for: Sightseeing, people with disabilities, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

My husband and I truly enjoyed our stay in this well-decorated, spotless, cozy casita located near downtown. The night lights of downtown were specatacular. The location was perfect for nearby shopping and downtown events, plus still being able to enjoy the natural beauty of Southern Arizona. The owners were incredibly helpful and hospitable, made wonderful suggestions. It was a great place to relax, reflect and rejuvenate. We will certainly return and recommend Villa Santiago to our family and friends.Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+.
