What can I say other than awesome. Mark & Gloria your home is exquisite. The location cannot be beat and the property itself is amazing. Kenny the on site manager is as helpful as can be and accomodating in every way. The views from the Lanei inexquisite with turtles swimming right up to the shoreline. I suprised my wife with a renewing of our vows on the property which went off with out a hitch with the help of Kenny and my Justice of the Peace. The pictures truly show how amazing the property is. It was truly a special day. We will without a question be back avoiding the Honolulu scene and going straight to paradise at Hoyochi Nikko. Thank you so much for sharing your lovely home.

Great property, good snorkeling right at this beach. Beautiful views! Enjoyed our stay very much. Living space in this unit is fairly small. Glad there were only 2 of us to share it.

Thank you for sharing your condo with us!. To start, this was the perfect location. We were within walking distance of everything to groceries, retail shopping, snorkel rentals, parks, coffee, etc. The condo was wonderful!!. It had everything we could have needed or wanted. The beds were so comfortable and the bath towels so soft. (on our sunburned skin). The bath robes provided were a very special touch. We wore dailey out on the lanai (deck) every morning with our Kona coffee. We borrowed the chairs, umbrella, and cooler to take to Black Rock Beach and hung out for the entire day snorkeling. We cooked out on the bar b que twice and drove 5 minutes into Lahaina to eat out and walk the town. We used the blender too for our Pina Colada's. :) We met the Managers, whom were so nice and answered our questions and kept the grounds emmaculate!! We will definately recommend to family and friends, and plan on a visit again. Thank you TOMERS!!

Our family had the most amazing time during our Maui vacation largely due to the ideal location and conveniences of this marvelous condo.....Hoyochi Nikko. The condo and grounds are immaculately kept, and are equipped with every possible amenity needed. The oceanfront view is mesmerizing, and on many days, we had the beach to ourselves as we relaxed and played in the water and admired the frequent sighting of a sea turtle!! We enjoyed a marvelous early morning horseback ride at The Ironwood Stables followed by the best macadamian nut pancake breakfast at The Gazebo. We took a pleasurable sailing adventure with Hula Girl Tours during which we saw dolphins and flying fish! Our favorite restaurant for atmosphere and cuisine was Merrimans. We also enjoyed Hula Grill and The Fish Market (ono burgers!) which was within walking distance of the condo. We cannot say enough about these excellent accommodations and the professionalism of the owners. We hope to be back!! Mahalo for a relaxing and wonderful time!

WOW (Wonderful Ocean Wacation)

Aloha, Mahalo for giving us the opportunity to stay in your Honokowai Condo. The location is great, the condo wonderful (clean and well kept) and the property is very very well kept (thanks to Manager John). "Direct Oceanfront" really means direct oceanfront in this case. We saw whales and dolphins from the lanai and 5 sea turtles while sunbathing on the grounds. And what to say about the colorful Maui sunsets that can be enjoyed while having dinner either from the lanai or from the table on the grounds. Words cannot really express how beautiful Maui is and how the condo meet our expectations and more. This was our best vacation ever. The condo is comfortable and provides all the amenities listed (there is no phone in the condo) that we could have stayed there and do nothing else and that would have been fine. But we did go out and play and have a Maui experience. Driving around the island was easy. Lahaina is a 5 minutes drive from the condo.However there are lots of small shops close by even in walking distance. Recommended activities: Old Lahaina Luau (excellent), Dinner at the Plantation Club restaurant to view the sunset (very good food and friendly hosts), Road to Hana, Sunrise at the "house of the sun" crater, Stroll in Makawao (have donuts and cream puffs from the Komodo bakery), Enjoy the Ailli Lavander fields, Iao valley, shop in Lahaina, or stay in the condo and enjoy the view and your vacation :) We will definitely come back as Maui still has lots to offer to us and we will rent this condo again. We recommend it to anyone who wishes to have good and peaceful R&R. Mahalo

We had a great stay at this property -- it is nicely appointed and in a great location. The furnishings and appliances are in really good shape. The two bedrooms are good for three or four guests. The location is beautiful, with a nice sandy beach and shallow water for what seems to go for a couple of hundred yards offshore. Note that the surf is probably too rough for toddlers, except maybe at low tide. Don't worry about the west Maui airport being nearby -- you won't even know it's there. There are local shops and restrurants within walking distance down the street, including a grocery. Lahaina (with all the great activities and shops) is just a few miles away. Finally, DON'T rent an SUV because it probably won't fit in the parking space (5' 6" clearance).

We spent a fantastic week at Hoyochi Nikko over the 2009/2010 New Year. Our unit was comfortable, well-appointed and ideal for our family of four. The view is absolutely beautiful, and being right on the ocean allows you to enjoy the sounds of the ocean as well as the sights. The complex is intimate with wonderful grounds, including the pool, and John and Irene, the managers, are extremely pleasant and helpful. It was a very convenient location from which to explore the rest of Maui, but we were always happy to get back to the Nikko as it was the most relaxing place for us. This was our first trip to Maui, and having our home base at Hoyochi Nikko made it that much better. We look forward to our next visit.
