Simply the Retreat is located at Hwy 30-A, Park Place Luxury Condos, Unit #302, Santa Rosa Beach, FL, 32459, in Seagrove Beach. This gated condominium overlooks the Gulf of Mexico and is a short bike ride to Seaside.
Our condo has 4 Bedrooms, 3.5 Bathrooms, a Full Luxury Kitchen, dining for 6 plus bar seating for 3, a wet bar and living room. The bedrooms sleep 10 people comfortably with a King Master Suite, a King Guest bedroom, a Queen Guest bedroom with trundle and a bunk room (Twin/ Full).
The facility includes a pool and Jacuzzi with cabanas and a grilling area. Park Place has its own private beach access to the Gulf and LiveWell Concierge would love to arrange a beach fire for you at Sunset!
Beach Rentals of Florida provides all concierge services through LiveWell Bikes and Concierge for our guests. This includes bike rentals, golf cart rentals, airport transportation, grocery shopping, beach fire setups, fishing charters (Gulf or Bay), kayak rentals, baby sitters, restaurant reservations and recommendations, mid stay cleaning if needed, spa services, etc. The list goes on and on. Beach Rentals of Florida can provide any service you need!
Direct flights available into Panama City Beach’s (ECP) new airport (only 20 minutes away) and Fort Walton Beach’s (VPS) airport (45 minutes away) now available from Atlanta, Houston, Nashville, Memphis, and Orlando! Remember to ask about LiveWell’s Airport Transportation to and from 30A!
Reservation/ Booking Policy:
• A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking.
• Except for a 3.9% cancellation fee, deposits are fully refundable if cancellations are given 60 days prior to the arrival date.
• Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to arrival date.
• We accept checks and all credit cards.
• CHECK IN IS AT 4:00 PM & CHECK OUT IS BY 10:00 AM

We just got home from staying at this condo and had a fabulous time! The beds were super comfortable,tvs in every room,and beautiful kitchen. I have stayed in some luxury condos before,but this is the most well equipped one ever. The owners have thought of everything you could possibly need during your stay,and made it available to you. The furniture on the balcony was so nice and comfortable.We will definitely be back again!

We enjoyed this condo for a week earlier in the year. They were starting a balcony project that should make it even nicer. The views are incredible and the pool area was relaxing to say the least. By far the nicest condo we have ever rented on 30A.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, sightseeing, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Park Place. The location was great and the condo was very nicely furnished. The kitchen was fabulous, the beds were very comfortable and the condo was very specious. Our stay was great and we will most certainly be back next year!
