My husband & I really enjoyed our stay at this condo! It was just as listed & the location on the grounds lent to beautiful views from the balcony! If we could ever make it back, we would definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay in Maui, cant wait to visit again. The conda was very comfortable and homey.Had everything we needed. Lots of nice place to eat( we loved Antonios Italian just near Longs drug stoe). We have Aussie friends visiting later in the year and have recommended this place. My husband did lots of windsurfing mainly at Sprecksville, my son and I enjoyed the pool, I did lots of walks. The bus system is really good. Thanks, we'll be back.

Pleasent stay in Kihei

We had a good stay and the property was in a good location . However there are a few comments we have to leave. The ant traps did not seem to do the job as we found out over 2 weeks.However these are harmless and very small. The Living room chair has seen better days (not too comfortable). The sliding glass doors are very hard to operate and our arrangement to have them fixed did not happen.Be aware that there are no spices . Overall it was a good experience for the rental fee .

Owner response:Firstly, we thank Klaus and Pam for taking the time to provide invaluable feedback. It was disappointing to receive our first 4 star rating, where all previous stays have been 5 stars over many years, but the feedback is most welcome as it helps us to stay on top of our hired management company in Maui, in addition to our 2 hands on inspections per year coming from California. With respect to specifics, the pest control company has remedied the ants, the sliding door repairs are in process, and we concede that it is time to replace our beloved rocking chair with a new Hawaiian style one upon our return in February. Aloha!!!

Wonderful, Beautiful and Relaxing Condo!!!

We really enjoyed our stay. It was so nice to have a home base to come back to every evening. We were pleased to find the toddler life vest in the closet, it was well used by our non-swimming 5 year old who happily splashed in the waves. We brought an inflatable toddler bed with us for our little one and placed it on the floor in the bedroom, which worked very well. The umbrellas and beach towels were greatly appreciated also. The fully equipped kitchen was perfect, many meals were prepared and enjoyed on the lanai and ktichen table. The grounds are wonderfully maintained and everyone was friendly and helpful. The on-site concierge, Karen, was great!! She arranged a wonderful snorkel trip for us and our family, who were staying down the street. The BBQ's and pool area are great. Thank you so much for sharing your piece of paradise with us. Aloha and Mahalo!!!

Best nights sleep on Maui

My husband and I stayed in this great unit, which was located perfectly for views of ocean and the pool area. The bed was the best we ever slept in. The condo is very comfortable, nicely decorated, and has a very open and spacious feel. I highly recommend this unit to anyone wanting to make their Hawaiian vacation a complete experience.

Thank you Bill & Debra for such a wonderful setting to enjoy Maui. Everything in the condo was just as pictured and better than our expectations...perfect for two! The condo was very clean and the whole grounds are maintained to perfection! Bill was great in helping me to book the condo and we will definitely be staying in room #328 in the future and have already recommended this condo unit to friends and family! Staying Kihei is perfect for getting around the island....far enough away from the touristy resorts, but a close enough drive to enjoy all that Maui has to offer....from the road to Hana, to hike to thru a bamboo forest to see the 400' waterfall, to driving the winding road around the north top of the island, don't miss the blowhole! Amazing! If you are up near the Whaler's Village, don't miss the Hula Grill..sit out on the "barefoot" patio, right on the sand and enjoy the entertainment! It was a perfect get away for my husband and I and we are already trying to figure out when we can go back! Thanks again Bill and Debra!

We highly recommend this condo unit and would certainly rent it again ourselves. The condo was just as it was described - lovely furniture, spotlessly clean, great decor, very well equipped (and we added our beach umbrella- enjoy!) The building and grounds are well managed and the staff are VERY helpful and friendly. Did we mention the great view, pool and B-B-Q's? All this with prompt and reliable service from the owner, Bill - a gem indeed.

My finance and I (now husband) stayed in this condo from June 24th until June 28th...with our son and my mother-in-law (plenty of room for the 4 of us). We were married on June 27, 2009...so our entire wedding party also stayed in the same complex. We loved our room and the view is one in a million! Our favorite part was waking up and having coffee on the balcony. All of our guests who stayed in other units also enjoyed thier stay. Overall this is a great place to stay and we would go back in a second! The pictures are exact to what the room looked like...it really couldn't of been a better experience especially because it was our for our wedding. Thanks so much for everything!! P.S. There are also BBQ's on site which make for a great place to join for dinner!!

We could not have been more pleased. We were there for our daughter's wedding, or son & wife joined us in the condo. The condo personel was fantastic. The only thing we were lacking was a mixer (which is now there) because I made the wedding cake. Would not hesitate to book again. The photos were as depicted. thanks

This condo is all it is advertised to be! It is very clean, has everything you need for a stay on Maui, and is very nicely remodeled. We sat on the lanai and watched whales daily while having morning coffee. The pool,hot tub, and BBQ area are very nice too. The complex is beautifully landscaped and maintained too. Christmas 2008 was wonderful at this condo. Everything was clean and well appointed. Lots of towels, etc. The view was great, and the lanai furniture was comfortable and relaxing. Bill made it easy to plan by returning emails promptly and answering all enquiries. When we lost important items, he made a point of trying to locate them for us. That was greatly appreciated. My fiance and I spent 4 nights in unit 328 in Sept. 08. We absolutely loved this condo! The best value for money on Maui. Everything that we needed to enjoy our vacation could be found in the unit. The pictures on the webpage are exactly the way the unit is, it looks good and you can tell that the owners have put a lot of care into it. The location of this condo is simply perfect, being centrally located on Maui is makes it easy to access any area on the island. We will definitely come back to Hawaii and would not hesitate to book this condo again and will recommend it to friends vacationing to Maui.

We had a fabulous time in Kihie, Maui. Thanks for Bill for sharing this awesome condo. We enjoyed the beautiful views of the ocean both from the living room and from the bed room, having relaxed breakfasts at the lanai. Our daughter watched movies in the living room and my husband watched his programs in the bedroom. Thanks for the fully equipped kitchen, high speed internet (a life saver so my husband can still conduct business when he needs to), most comfortable bed, comforter, sheets and ample soft towels. We used the cooler for our outings to the beaches and road to Hana. And thanks to the laminated maps, they are truly wonderful. The front desk personnel was very friendly and helpful as well. Thank you, Bill, for all of your super fast replies and help. We really enjoyed our stay at your condo! This is truly like a home away from home for us. We definitely will return when we get back to Maui someday!

My boyfriend and I just completed our 7 night stay here in unit 328. I have stayed in this complex before and the previous unit (on the first floor) did not even hold a candle to the quality of this one. Every unit in this complex is privately owned so they are all differently decorated and stocked. It is obvious that the owners take pride in this condo and have remodeled it extensively. We loved every minute of our stay here and would stay again and recommend to friends. There were also plenty of towels, linens, dishes, utensils, etc. You also can't beat the value of the stay vs. what you would pay for with a hotel. Great location and everything. I cant say enough positive things about our stay on Maui. We also loved the cooler + beach towels, and there were even small extras like coffee filters, seasonings, sugar, dish det. etc. Everything was awesome!!

The condo was perfect for my family of four.We thoroughly enjoyed staying there for the week. Everything in the description is right on. It is very clean, comfortable and the decor is very relaxing. We did sit on the lanai and see whales while drinking our coffee.I would also sit in bed in the morning and just gaze at the ocean. The extras were also a treat - beach mats, lots of extra towels and an ice chest. The remodeled kitchen and bathroom were evident and really added to the stay.Well worth the money and we would go back again. Jennifer
