3 bedroom, 3 bath single family beach home, sleeps 6-8, with beautiful pool and spa, fully fenced yard. This charming single story home has two master bedrooms and a third bedroom that converts to a TV room if not needed for sleeping. Open and airy throughout with bright, beachy features and decor that gives this property a special comfort. You can skip over the dunes on the boardwalk to the beach just across our quiet street. Our beautiful wide, white sand beach, also known as Crescent Beach, is only a few steps away. Or, you can stay at home and laze by the pool/spa or sit around the fire pit in the evening and stargaze.
The house is tiled throughout, with a full kitchen, formal dining room, spacious living area and a laundry room with washer and dryer. The backyard has a saltwater pool, a gas grill, and is a beautiful setting to relax and enjoy the afternoon, a meal, the sunset or the stars. The front yard is marked by tall palms, Florida vegetation, and a gravel patio with a central fire pit where you can enjoy ocean breezes and socialize.
Excellent restaurants, shops are nearby and we are about 6.5 miles from historic downtown St. Augustine.

My first impression was that the house appeared smaller than depicted HOWEVER the home is spacious and well laid out. Four adults and two dogs had a wonderful and relaxing time. The bedrooms were large & separate. The three baths were a nice size and the garden tub in the master suite was a nice touch. The house was very clean, decorated nicely & included many amenities: plastic ware for around the pool; a rolling cart for use to the beach and a hose area for washing the dogs & our feet.The pool and yard area was perfect for lounging. The wooden walkway to the beach was convenient & scenic. We loved being able to stay at a pet friendly home & in a neighborhood where we could take leisurely walks. The beach being only steps away. Rick was pleasant & responded quickly to any questions we had during the rental process. Christina (the cleaning lady) was gracious & the home was spotless. We would definitely rent this home again.Recommended for: Sightseeing, people with disabilities, girls getaway, families with young children, pet owners, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

We just returned from a week at this home and found it to be a great place. The kitchen was had everything a person needs to make family meals. The beds were comfortable and having three bathrooms was great! The pool area, while a little small, was a lot of fun for the kids. It took less than a 3 minute walk across a nice bridge to get to the beach. The drive in to St. Augustine with all the attractions was less than 15 minutes. The house was clean and well maintained. The pictures on the site don't do the home justice. My son who is in a wheelchair was able to access the whole house (one of the showers is even wheelchair accessible) My only piece of advice is to be sure to bring some socks! The air conditioner works so well that our feet were cold the whole week. I would definately stay in this home again.Recommended for: Sightseeing, people with disabilities, girls getaway, families with young children, pet owners, age 55+, families with teenagers.

Very comfortable, clean home. Beautiful pool area great for children! Quiet area with a short drive to attractions. We would love to visit again!Recommended for: Sightseeing, people with disabilities, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.
