This is a beautifully kept, fully furnished, modern 4 bedroom home that sleeps 8 guests comfortably. It's on a quiet street and has a private heated backyard pool with a waterfall-feature and a mountain-view. Did I say heated pool??? You bet I did! If you enjoy golfing, shopping, professional sports entertainment, hiking, mountain biking, or simply basking in the hot Arizona sun with a refreshing beverage by the pool, then this is the vacation property for you!!!
We have included everything; there's a huge propane grill on the covered patio for those exquisite sunset barbeques. There is a 46" LCD HD TV in the living room with a Blu-Ray player and an IPod docking station for your entertainment. The kitchen is huge and fully supplied; it has granite counter tops and all brand new stainless steel appliances. There's a 21" HD LCD TV in the master bedroom, and there's a video game console with yet another 26" HD LCD TV in the den/4th bedroom for the kids. Also included are a Wi-Fi Wireless highspeed internet connection and local phone line for your convenience.
The best part of this property is the location. Here you are surrounded by golf courses, you are 20 minutes from Sky Harbor International Airport, and shopping and restaurants just are minutes away. Green space and walking paths are right out your back door. The Cardinals Stadium and Jobbing Arena are only 20 minutes north, and the Phoenix Suns and Arizona Diamond Backs play right downtown, only 20 minutes drive. Everything is right there!

It was wonderful to stay at a house instead of a hotel while my family explored Arizona. The owners are wonderful, and were readily available for any and every question - even fixing the satellite tv! I like to cook, so I appreciated the fully equipped kitchen. My sons liked the TV so we could watch the Olympics and pretrials. Everything works well and instructions are clear. The pool is wonderful and was used every day. The people that clean it are so friendly! Having Cesar Chavez park nearby was fun. It is a quiet area, but near everything and easy to get around. Tried out the gym nearby free for a week by getting a guest pass online. Property is well maintained.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, adventure seekers, families with young children, sightseeing.

This property is very clean and well maintained. The grounds are beautiful, especialy the back yard with the pool. The lighting out there is very pretty. The house is situated close to everything,hockey, baseball, shopping in Phoenix & Scottsdale, dining etc.This was our 5th trip to Phoenix in the last 5 years and it was by far the best property yet. We will be back. The owner is very helpful. He can't do enough for you. very very friendly. The pictures on line do not do the property justice. Beautiful, beautiful, beautiful.Recommended for: People with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, families with young children, sightseeing.
