Our privately-owned condominium is located on the beach north of the busy Golden and Platinum Zone resort hotels. Here you can find relaxing seclusion, stroll for miles on sandy beaches, or lounge by the pool and sip a cool drink. Your condominium is a very clean, ground-floor unit in a small (all privately owned) complex, fully equipped and comfortably spacious with two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, dining room, living area, and a complete full-size kitchen with all the tools and utensils for a chef.
Amenities include a microwave, satellite cable TV,DVD/VCR, heated swimming pool, deluxe tennis court, daily maid service, and a full-time 24-hour English-speaking staff, including nighttime security. Your condominium has a filtered water treatment system that has been tested and is cleaner that most water in the USA.
Each morning local fishermen and farmers are out front selling the largest shrimp and freshest produce you have ever seen. Sodas, beer, bottled water, and laundry service are all available for daily delivery at the front desk. The Golden Zone is only five to ten minutes away by bus, taxi, or by pulmonia which are Mazatlan's famous open air taxis. We are very proud of our condominium and our friendly staff.
If you enjoy fishing, Mazatlan is a sportsman's paradise. The largest sport fishing fleet in Mazatlan is only minutes away. Fish for Marlin, Sailfish, Dorado, Tuna, and Red Snapper!
Mazatlan is home to the largest shrimp fleet in the Pacific, and famous for their malecon, or boardwalk for a relaxing stroll along our fabled beaches. Just an hour from Mazatlan lies Lake El Salto for world-class, large mouth bass fishing. Duck and dove hunting is unequaled. Mazatlan offers the best of both worlds. Here you find seclusion, relaxing beach sitting, and people watching.
Visit the historic downtown market... the Centro Mercado, take a ponga across the harbor to "Stone Island" for a fun day of beachcombing, swimming, banana boat rides, and sunning, or simply relax and "veg-out" at our private pool with a good book.
Each renter will receive a very comprehensive packet of what to do, where to go for dinners, great places for lunch, places to shop, take the kids for an exciting day trip, or for a romantic dinner and dancing. Yes, Mazatlan has a great night life when the sun goes down! Whether it is go-go-go, or slow-slow-slow, Mazatlan is a great place to vacation, relax, and unwind. |
