Lovely... Spacious... Tranquil... And Wow are words our visitors frequently use about our villa! It is OUTSTANDING. We still say "Wow" whenever we arrive!
Our villa is in a peaceful location on the West side of this par 72 "friendly" Championship Golf Course Community (away from Highway 27 noise) it has unspoiled views South and West from the deck onto Florida’s Natural Reserve yet is only 12 minutes to Disney and two minutes to supermarket and shops or Tee #1.
Larger than many five bedroom villas (3157 square feet total), it is fully-equipped to accommodate up to 12 visitors in comfortable style. We get many repeat visitors - the nicest comment. Our visitors describe our villa as a lovely home from home!
Five Bedrooms including a Master (king-size, en-suite) and a Guest Master (king-size, en-suite), three Bathrooms, Family Room, Lounge, Dining area, Kitchen with Breakfast Bar and Nook, Utility, and Lounge giving over 2700 square feet of air-conditioned living space. No Smoking within and No Pets.
THE FRONT DOORS OPEN TO a spacious full height lounge (two sofas) and adjoining dining area, from there you go through to the generously furnished family room (three sofas), fully-equipped kitchen, breakfast bar, and nook. TWO SETS OF PATIO DOORS GIVE pool deck access and ahead of you, beyond the pool and spa is where the Sun will set - with not a building in sight, just woodland.
THE DECK HAS a lanai to give shade and plenty of loungers for practicing relaxation. THE GUEST MASTER Suite (King-size) has it's own full bathroom and pool deck access. UPSTAIRS OFF THE GALLERIED LANDING (which is bit OTT but we love it), double doors open into the Master bedroom with luxurious en-suite including large corner Roman bath, twin basins, separate shower and walk-in closet. Also upstairs is a large twin bedroom the third bathroom and two further twin bedrooms.
Our impressive and comfortable Highlands Reserve golf villa is a perfect home just to relax in and is a perfect home base for all of the many attractions from the Theme Parks to Florida Golf and from Kennedy Space Center to the Salvador Dali Museum and much more besides.
