Our three-bedroom, three-bath condominium is the perfect getaway for a fun and relaxing vacation and we are looking forward to sharing it with you!
Enjoy our quiet, no-wake cove with a private sand beach (with volleyball court) and swimming dock a few feet off shore. Great fishing from the covered docks and along the wooded shoreline of the cove.
Inside the condominium, you will find it is fully furnished with everything you could possibly need. Each bedroom has its own bathroom with linens and plenty of towels in supply.
We are located at mile marker 21, near Tan-Tar-A Lodge in Osage Beach. Close (less than one mile) to grocery store, gas station, golf courses, miniature golf, and much more. It is secluded from the heavy traffic, but easily accessible to the attractions that will surely make your vacation a memorable one. Easy access off of Highway 54 (no gravel roads to this complex!), allows you to not waste your valued vacation time!
Accommodations include three bedrooms with three full baths. Two of the bedrooms have queen-size beds, the third bedroom has two bunk beds - bottom bunks are full-size, the top-bunks are twin-size. The condo has a full-size washer/dryer, dining area, and five barstools with serving area. Dining room table comfortably seats eight and expands to seat 12. Beautifully decorated. Approximately 1600 square feet.
This condominium is waterfront with large sliding glass doors in the living room and two bedrooms for great views of the lake.
Two swimming pools - one just a few steps from the condominium, while the other swimming pool is located on a point right on the water where you can enjoy watching the boats and sunsets while relaxing by the pool.
Lake of the Ozarks is a great place for a family vacation or a romantic getaway. Things to do include:
* Endless water activities (watercraft rental within minutes of condominium).
* Dining at over 35 restaurants by water and many others by land.
* Shopping at the famous Osage Beach Outlet Mall (110 stores).
* Golfing at over 15 area golf courses (Sycamore Creek and Dogwood Hills with minutes).

Ninety miles of navigable water, beautiful scenery, great fishing, fabulous golf courses, a variety of restaurants, terrific shopping, and wonderful vacation activities for the whole family makes this a very popular place to relax and enjoy your time away from home and work!... LAKE OF THE OZARKS HAS IT ALL!!!
Restrictions: Groups interested in loud parties are discouraged from renting our unit. Quiet hours (11 PM to 7 AM) are enforced by the complex security and they will evict parties that get out of control. We know our guests and neighbors appreciate the security available at the complex and that these policies ensure everyone can enjoy their time at the lake.

$100.00 charge for cleaning added when booked seven nights or less. 25% security deposit required to reserve dates; full payment due 21 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy: Security deposit is forfeited if reservation is canceled less than 45 days prior to arrival.

$130/night for Additional Nights (after six-night stay).
25% Security Deposit required to hold reservation.
Full Payment required 21 days prior to arrival (negotiable - drop us an email).
Cleaning Charge of $100.00 added when booked 7 nights or less.
Security Deposit promptly refunded after satisfactory inspection after departure.
