Our family had an enjoyable week. We found the owner to be highly responsible and available to meet our needs and/or questions. We have no complaints and will surely choose to use this rental in the future. We enjoyed John's Pass and the many local restaurants and shops nearby. Guppy's is an all- time favorite. The northern exposure was a plus in our opinion - no extreme heat to deal with at any time of the day. The pool area was acceptable and the beach access was great. We used the on-site grills on a few occasions and had no problems. Parking was ample and the location of the condo property was handy. We have recommended this property to family and friends to consider in the future.

Recommended for:Sightseeing, tourists without a car, girls getaway, pet owners, families with teenagers, families with young children.

Having just returned from a two week stay, I felt obligated to alert other possible renters of what to expect if you decide on this unit. My wife and I were disappointed with the "dated" furnishings, and overall upkeep of the place as a whole.. It was clean but not in all corners the way you would keep your house. After seeing a couple other units, I must say you could do better, more "upscale", welcoming and appealing. So many small things could be done to improve this unit such as uncloging the sink drains (very slow), replacing old pots and pans that we had to wash and scrub before use, a new shower curtin rod so as not to fall down several times while in use. For just a few dollars more, include a box of kleenex, a full sized bar of soap and not the kind you get when staying in a motel overnight which crumbles into several pieces after a couple showers. And, most of all, include more than one roll of toilet paper to a bathroom. Be aware also of this unit facing almost due North, nice view of the Gulf but absolutely no sun at all morning afternoon or early evening. The Reef Club overall is just fine, offering a tennis court, good sized pool and surrounding deck area for sunbathers with a short walk to the beautiful beach along with three gas grills for cooking out. I'm sorry to write such a review but felt others should be aware so as not to be as disappointed as we were.

Owner response:ALL our furnishings were just recently bought brand new, all 3 bedroom, dining and living room and have been told by many people we have one of the best unit in Reef Club. The view is Northerly as shown in our website pictures which I actually like better as there is no obstruction and have view of entire beach. No there is no sun but plenty down by the pool. My apologies for your not being satisfied but I also never received a call from you the entire 2 week stay of any complaints.

My wife & I spent 2 weeks here. The views were from the balcony at an angle. The patio furniture leaves a lot to be desired. The 3 chairs were a strange spring type difficult to use.. Balcony was filthy. My wife uses her Laptop daily and we were told unit had wireless access. NOT!The numbers assigned for parking very difficult to see, especially at night. Parking for guests very limited. (we have many realatives in the area) We had several sleepless nights due to roudy people at the pool area. Suppose to close at 11:00 but no supervision to enforce. Our last night we called police to no avail.Loud yelling to 2-3:00 . Unit needs a good thorough cleaning. On the positive Tony was always available by phone. When we thought we had a problem with the A/C Tony had someone out very quickly. There are restaurants nearby. The Pub and Brewmaster were excellent..Unit was well equiped...Nice pool and sun bathing deck. Out door grills. Close to Supermarkets and stores (Publics is great). Unit was just not up to our Standards for what we paid....
