HURRICANE OR STORM POLICY: No refunds will be given unless: 1) The National Weather Service order mandatory evacuations in a “Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning area” and/or 2) A “mandatory evacuation order has been given for the Tropical Storm / Hurricane Warning” area of residence of a vacationing guest. THE DAY THAT THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE ORDERS A MANDATORY EVACUATION ORDER in a “Tropical Storm / Hurricane Warning,” area, we will refund: 1) Any unused portion of rent from a guest currently registered; 2) Any unused portion of rent from a guest that is scheduled to arrive, and wants to shorten their stay, to come in after the Hurricane Warning is lifted; and 3) Any advance rents collected or deposited for a reservation that is scheduled to arrive during the “Hurricane Warning” period.

Our family had an excellent experience in this condo. Very spacious. Kids loved it. Spacious condo with an beautiful view of the bay. Convenient location with easy access to a large pool area and walking distance to the Baytowne Wharf Shopping/Restaurant Village. Would definitely recommend and use in the future.Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

The condo was beautiful, with comfortable beds and beautiful furniture. The service from the agent was AMAZING, so prompt and friendly. We had a great time using all the amenities that the condo had to offer, especially that you had access to the pool without using the elevators which was great with a 3 year old but still had the beautiful view out the windows and balcony. I would recommend this condo and location for its accessibility to all that Sandestin has to offer, even without the beach.Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway.

My husband and I just returned from your unit and we had a blast!! The unit was clean and very spacious!! We had everything we needed and more. The bathroom was wonderful and very modern as was the entire condo. I would highly recommend this unit to everyone. It is just a short walk to the village. The pool was very nice and clean. The owner was very helpful and friendly. We will be back soon!!!Recommended for: Tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, families with teenagers.
