Beautiful newly decorated hideaway located on the north end of Anna Maria. Just steps to the most beautiful beaches on Anna Maria.
This unit is an efficiency with a guest bedroom. The main room consists of a queen bed, living area and dining area. There is also a guest bedroom which consists of a twin bed and dresser. Boat dockage is available for any of you fishermen who are vacationing here to enjoy our bountiful waters. Kayak launching is also available for any sightseers wanting to explore our amazing beaches and bays.
Restaurants, shopping, and entertainment is all within walking distance. You can also enjoy our Trolley system so you don't even need to rent a car.

We absolutely loved our stay!!! The property was very clean and had plenty of room for a family of 3. The walk to the beach was short and very convenient. The beach itself was breathtaking!! We will definately be coming back. Thank you so much!Recommended for: Families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+.

My wife and I arrived and the cottage was just as the owner had described we loved it. Perfect size and the location on the North end was prefect and very central. Thanks again see you next year.Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, people with disabilities, girls getaway, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

No surprises here! Everything was as owner explained in our phone conversations. Property clean, basic and well stocked. My mother and I stayed here for a long weekend so we could just lounge on beach ,which was a short walk, 1 block away. Very accommodating owner . Would recommend for people for extended period if they don't need anything luxurious. My mother missed not having a hair dryer, otherwise everything fine.Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, adventure seekers, age 55+.

My husband and rented this cute little apartment for a whole month, it was GREAT! The location was perfect just a short walk to the beach and the canal in the back. We loved it and will concider staying there again.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, age 55+.

About the owner: I was born and raised on Anna Maria Island. In fact, Holmes Beach was named after my Grandfather. We own several properties that we rent out seasonally and annually. We live in Holmes Beach. I am married to a Veterinarian and have 3 boys.

I chose to purchase this vacation rental property because I love the location and the fact that is is located on the water.

The beaches are the best Anna Maria has to offer with squeaky white sand and sea oats and sand dunes. The natural canal system through Lake Lavista that the property is located on is beautiful for kayaking and sightseeing.
