  This was such a great place to stay while visiting Best Friends in Kanab. This will be our first choice for any future visits. We are already planning our next visit and reserved this place.

  A lovely , very clean well equipped home. Clean, comfortable, modern and nicely appointed property with everything you need to feel like you're at home. Condo was very well supplied, close to all National Parks, well-maintained. Would highly recommend it to my friends Thanks for everything, Steven we had a wonderful time. We recommended for family with kids, pets, +55, couples gateways

  Lovely, exceptionally clean and comfortable stay at this three bedroom condo with family. Was in Kanab attending a workshop at Best Friends Animal Sanctuary for a week and it was wonderful to be able to cook for ourselves instead of having to go out every night, do laundry and generally feel like we were at home. Very comfortable beds, living room and well stocked kitchen - everything you would need was there. Highly recommended!

  What an awesome vacation! I discovered this rental in the back of Best Friends magazine a couple yrs ago and finally took advantage of it. When I asked my parents (in their 60's) where they wanted to go on vacation this yr, they said "Vegas Baby". When I suggested we combine it w/ a trip to Kanab to see Best Friends, they looked like 2 kids on X-mas morning. To say that all 4 of us (husband included) thoroughly enjoyed the townhouse, Kanab, and the local parks would be a complete understatement. Our only regret was that we only stayed in Kanab for 3 nights...we are ready to return next yr for a wk! Being from the east coast meant we were totally unprepared for the vastness, beauty, peacefulness, and absolutely breathtaking scenery of Zion, Bryce, and the Grand Canyon. My mom and I cried when we finally saw the north rim. There are just no words to describe it. If you've never seen it, check it off your bucket list ASAP! The townhouse was clean, very comfortable, well-stocked, and conveniently located. Hot tub across the street was a nice end to the day. Steve is wonderful. My husband mistakenly left his cell phone behind, which we did not discover until we were back in Vegas, over 3 hrs away. I called Steve, he found it, mailed it to our house, and it even arrived home before we did 2 days later. Whew, what a relief! I just can not say enough good things about the whole experience. Many thanks, Steve. Hope to see you again next yr! P.S. Eat at the Rocking V Cafe. Go on the Best Friends tour. Everyone in the area is extremely friendly.

  I thought the townhouse was nice. bedrooms were quite small. kitchen was very good.we werent spending loads of time there. This would be great for a family the pool and facilities were fine.I didnt like it that kids were in the exercise room. There was no cable very limited stations. overall it was a good place to stay. clean and well stocked with supplies.the restaurants in town werent v ery great. dont go mexican. I could make better food.

  We spent 3 nights with are children, 6 and 7. The condo was clean and had everything. The beds were very comfortable. Great access to Zion, Bryce, Lake Powell and more. It was great to have the pool to cool off in at the end of the day.

  This townhouse is a wonderful place to stay while visiting Kanab. It is clean, well maintained, and has a kitchen fully stocked with ample cookware and dishes. It even has covered parking! If there was any drawback that would be the lack of bedside nightstands and light for reading in bed. A desk for laptop setup would have been appreciated too, but I've not really seen any place yet that has that. If you are considering a stay in Kanab of 3 nights or more I'd highly recommend this townhouse. I hope to use this place again on my next Kanab visit.

  My husband and I stayed at the condo for a week and could not have been more satisfied. The only thing you need to bring is your toothbrush, toothpaste, and razors. Everything else is there........shampoo, hairspray, soap, gel, lotion, etc. The location is excellent, right in the middle of everything. We visited Zion, Bryce, Lake Powell, and Best Friends Animal Sanctuary (an unbelievable experience). Steve allows sleepovers from the sanctuary (do it, amazing), but you'd never know an animal had been in the house. It is extrememly well maintained. I would highly recommend this condo and when we come to Utah again, we will probably arrange our trip around its availability. Much better than a hotel!

  The townhouse was nice, clean and well equipped with everything we needed. Rather than squish my family of 5 into a little motel, we stayed here in a full townhouse. It was great. We toured the North Rim (beautiful), Zion (absolutely amazing!), rode ATV's in the Coral Pink Sand Dunes and horse backridng down into Bryce canyon. Came back to the townhouse every night to swim in the pool and relax. Perfect location!

  The accommodations were very comfortable and fit our situation perfectly. Three females each had their own bedroom, and there were two bathrooms. The upstairs bathroom had two vanities that were separated into separate rooms, making putting on make up and fixing hair perfect for two people. The townshouse was clean and had everything we needed to be comfortable. Kanab is perfect not only to tour Best Friends Animal Sanctuary (one of the happies places on earth), but also to drive to the North Rim of the Grand Canyon, Bryce Canyon and Zion. When you go, stay in this townhouse.
