  We stayed at this property twice in the summer of 2012. Each time we arrived the house was clean, cool and ready to go. A very comfortable place to stay it is open and relaxing, with three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a game room there is plenty of room even for larger groups. This house is water front with a high quality fully enclosed dock that is great for putting you boat in, we have a Malibu and easily drove it in with the tower up, the dock is great for fishing and swimming as well. The location on Duck Creek is very quite and peaceful and you are only a five minute boat ride away from two water front restuarants and marinas each having good food and other services. The greatest feature of this vacation rental is the owners, Vince and Mary-Ann they are some of the nicest people you will ever meet. They live next door and therefore are very avaialble to you, but also give you your privacy. They want to make sure you enjoy your stay and will help you in anyway they can. I highly recommend this location if you are considering a trip to Grand Lake.

  We stayed at this "AWESOME" lakehouse for a family retreat and it was perfect! Great location close to other family accomodations and right on the water. The young married and single adults and their little ones stayed here and they had a great time. They were all comfortable and had plenty of room inside and out. We were so grateful to have the docks available and the owners were so generous! WE had a place to put all of the boats and jet skis and were sooo happy to have a lift available for the jet ski that unexpectedly took on water! Everyone really enjoyed the swim deck and the young bunch enjoyed hanging out on the deck area at night letting the little ones enjoy some sparklers. WE will be visiting this home again! Thank you so much!!

  The home was very clean and comfortable. Excellent location on the lake. The owners are right next door and are delightful people. We stayed over the 4th of July when the lake authority decided to recommend not getting in the water. We still had a great time and Vinny and Mary-Ann were very accommodating. We will stay again. Thanks!!

  We had a great time here. Everything was just as it was described. We came for a family reunion, and everyone was so friendly and helpful, it was like we found family members we didn't know we had.I wish we could have spent more time there. Marina was within walking distance, which was nice for boat rental.Tour of Pensacola Dam was very interesting. Thanks for everything.

  I liked the bunkbeds a lot. The only problem was that there was no napkins for dirty hands but I loved how you could walk right down to the boat dock. I love the view so much! The house was awesome. Edmond, OK

  We enjoyed our stay. The house was great - plenty of room and comfortable. The notebook of pamphlets and maps was very useful. We enjoyed tubing and boating. It was nice to have the dock for sunning and swimming. Glad we got to meet you. Thanks for the Italian ice. A sweet treat for a hot day.

  We had a great time here at the lakehouse with friends. Everything was convenient for fishing, four wheeling and relaxation. Accomodations were nice and we look forward to coming back another time.
