  This Mountain top villa has a never ending view of greenery of the land along with a magnificent view of the Sea beyond. The terrace can be enjoyed morning noon and night, weather it's just the two of you or a party of friends. Easy entertaining. The outside shower makes it a treat to cool off after spending time in the Rincon sunshine. There is also plenty of shaded terrace for relaxing as well. Rincon has a charm all it's own with great beaches, restaurants and beautiful scenery. There are 2 food markets which offer all u will need to keep the villa stocked with ur favorite treats. When eatining out be sure to try La Cambija, Calypso and El Fogon. They r casual fun places for drinks & delicious food. For a gourmet evenening out u must go to the Horned Dorset. The owners of this beautiful Villa are extremely nice people and will make sure ur stay is a pleasant one.The home's decor is another added feature which contributes to the feel of being in a 5 star accommodation. Go, enjoy and relax in this beautiful mountain villa. I'll come back again & again.

  I was sick for quite a while,my doctor said I needed to relax and get away from everyday stress, I went on line and looked for just a perfect getaway. I got in touch with 4 of my girlfriends and began to plan my get away. This home was so warm and welcoming, clean, close to stores, the beaches 10 minutes away and some very fine resturantes . Just as described, the sunsets were amazing, I found myself wanting to be home when the sun went down, to enjoy them. Cell phones all worked which made all of us ladies quite happy. I am booking another trip in november, I would highly recommend this beautiful home in beautiful Rincon Puerto Rico as the perfect getaway.

  When my husband and I booked this trip, we were a little hesitant because we had never been to Puerto Rico and didn't really know what to expect. Our little trepidation melted away instantly when we turned the key to this fabulous vacation rental. The staircase beckoned us with welcoming arms and we immediately felt the love and tender loving care that the owners of this house have poured into it. It is impeccably decorated and outfitted. The view from the veranda is spectacular and the outdoor shower is to die for. The owners gave us tips and pointers on transportation to and from the shore and guided to the best restaurants. This is definitely someplace we want to go back to.

  About the house: Breathtaking. The pictures listed do not even do this house justice. One can see the ocean from almost every room in the house, even while laying in bed in the two downstairs bedrooms (the beds are on platforms with french doors leading to a veranda; one can see the ocean past the gigantic banana-tree leaves). The outdoor shower WITH HOT WATER allows you to rinse off from the beach as the sun sets; that itself is worth a million dollars to me. At night, the tradewinds blow across the top of the mountain and it becomes so cool and refreshing that we almost wanted sweatshirts. The veranda is also a perfect place to sunbathe during the day, 20 minutes is all you need for a golden tan.The grounds are well-kept and we were able to pick grapefruits off of a tree on the property for breakfast. Nightlife: we rented a car but did not want to drive around at night after going to dinner and bars (we are in our 20s) The house is about 15 minutes away from the main nightlife (Casa Verde, Tamboo) but the owners left a phone number for a driver that they trust. He ended up driving us every night for about 15$ each way for the group-- it took a lot of stress off of us and allowed us all to indulge in the fun nightlife. I give the house and the experience five stars and will be booking it again next year. The owners were very friendly and helpful, suggesting many places for us to go (tequila tuesday at Pancho Villa!). Rincon is a gem.

  What can we say but outrageous...We have been all over the carribean and this was exceptional. The house is spacious, spotless,and the living areas are huge especially the outside veranda,it is quiet and has a outside shower,all have a millon dollar view. Rincon is safe and so much fun from the great food to the spectacular beaches some of the most beautiful we have ever seen. (Steps, Domes, Pools) So many to choose from. Plenty of travel information at the house to help you to get around Rincon. Make sure you book your next vacation here you will be in love this mountainside villa and Rincon. We sure are!

  My boyfriend and I rented this house for almost a week in September, 2011. Wow. The house is beautiful and is decorated so nicely. We felt like we were "at home" in this house. We were amazed at how many people this house could accommodate: there is a master bedroom with a large bed and then downstairs there are two more large beds as well as two twin sized beds. There is a nice living room with comfortable couches and a TV, but most of the time that we were at the house was spent on the patio. The view is indescribable. The house is at the top of a mountain, so you can see all the way out to the ocean as well as down into the beautiful valley. The view honestly took my breath away. We felt very safe in this house, and it is nice and quiet. The drive to any of the beaches takes only a few minutes and is just down the mountain. We liked the beach at the marina the best and went there often. The bars were a lot of fun for us (we're in our 20's), and the restaurants were amazing. The town of Rincon is just so nice and welcoming and there is plenty of things to do. We really loved everything about this trip. I've recommended this house to my family members for an upcoming vacation. I cannot wait to go back!

  When my girlfriends and I were planning our spring break trip we knew Rincon was the perfect place, and luckily we also chose the perfect place to stay! This house is so beautiful and the cleanest I have ever stayed in. The views from any angle are amazing, which are easily seen from the large deck that is perfect for eating, having drinks or just hanging out on. It has the perfect sunrise/sunset view, I've never seen anything like it. The inside of the house is beautifully decorated, there are even murals painted on some of the walls of sunsets/waves that really make the house feel special. It is just a short ride to any of the beaches from the house and I also felt very safe the entire time I was staying there. The owners are very nice and easy to work with and made sure everything was perfect when we got there. It has a beautiful kitchen and dining room but if cooking isn't your style there are great bars and restaurants a short ride away. We would definitely stay there again and are about to book our next trip soon. Wouldn't have wanted to stay anywhere else!

  The house is just as beautiful as the pictures show and other reviews describe. The decor was comfy and gorgeous. We had our two small children traveling with us and I would come back here when the kids are older. Maybe kids 10+ would be good to bring here. The sunset was amazing from the house. We took advantage of the great weather and ate outdoors a lot (day & night). We were told a jacuzzi is coming soon and that will make the house even better, if that is even possible. The only "word to the wise" I have is the road up to the house. If you are not experienced with driving up and down the "mountain" roads of Puerto Rico then you may want to just call a cab and have a local drive you. There are parts in the road that are one lane, not bad with the exception of the barely there guard rails. We made it up and down the mountain daily, no problems, but we also had members of our group that have driven in similar conditons on the island. There was a book in the house with local restaurants, a cab service and other activities (surfing lessons, horse back riding etc.) listed. There was even a place that would deliver! That was a nice added touch to make our stay comfortable. We did have a leak in the downstairs bathroom, but with one phone call Maria had set a plumber for the next day (that is only because we told her not have someone come out that night). She called a few times to make sure our stay was enjoyable. I really appreciated that personal touch.

  This home has the most amazing views. It was beautifully decorated on the inside and out which made our trip relaxing and stress free. We have stayed at other places in the area before, and this house was for sure the nicest place I have stayed. The house is close to some amazing restaurants and bars (aside form the dazzling caribbean beaches), and there are tons of things to do. I only stayed for three days, but will definitely be staying here again next time. It truly is the perfect getaway! Also, thanks to the owners for referring us to their favorite places!

  I recently spent a long weekend at this beautiful home. Emaculate, Spacious, Beautifully Decorated. All comforts maintained to optimum efficency. Very Clean, very safe, area. Friendly neighbors -very helpful. The view of the Beach especially the Sunsets---More Beautiful than words can say. Would highly recommend this getaway to even the most particular. Rest assure that any of your questions/concerns are immediately addressed by the owners.They are very knowledgeable of the area! Probably one of my best vacations and looking to return to this majestic home as soon as possible.
