Welcome to Sweet Dreams, our custom designed timber-frame home, sited halfway up Chestnut Mountain, just above scenic Horse Cove. The house is nestled on three private acres, adjacent to national forest. Custom-made, Stickley furniture provides stylish comfort.
The master bedroom upstairs boasts a cathedral ceiling, a sun-lighted double shower, and Jacuzzi for two with views to the east and north. The king-sized slatted bed has 400 count Egyptian cotton linens, and behind it is a wall of windows, allowing moonlight and stars to soothe you asleep. Sunrise lifts the gentle mists, which often move through this very room! Take your morning coffee on the private deck.
The main floor living area features a wood stove with fireplace screen, views on all sides, a full kitchen with bread machine, popcorn maker, and filtered water. Watch the hummingbirds from the deck, or listen for the mountain stream below.
The second bedroom below offers a cozy, queen-size bed with full view of the mountains, as well as ground-level forest. It has a full bath with shower, and a private entrance from its full-length deck. |
