Welcome to our beautiful home in Sunriver. We live in Sunriver and are almost always available to answer your questions and give you advice and ideas of things to do. Sunriver is within a 20 minute drive to Bend where you will find movies, theater, shopping, dining, and other amenities of a city of 50,000 people. Sunriver is a unique area.
There are almost 40 miles of paved paths for walking, biking (we supply 11 mountain bikes), or jogging. Sunriver has a mall with shops and dining. All the amenities mentioned are within Sunriver or a short ride away. Sunriver is 40 minutes from the airport in Redmond. Sunriver has a airport for small planes up to corporate jets. There is a marina that rents canoes, kayaks, and rafts.
There is a stable with horses for riding within Sunriver and into the national forest across from Sunriver. There are 2 outdoor swimming pools(12 daily passes in Summer)in Sunriver. Two top flight 18 hole golf courses are also within Sunriver.

All days NOT listed below are $250.00/night with the 3rd night free.
June 22-Labor Day..$300.00/night (SEE SPECIAL).
Thanksgiving is a 3 night minimum.
2 weeks at Christmas & New Years are $300.00 per night. 7th nt. free.
Labor Day and Memorial Day Holidays are 3 night minimums.
SPECIAL SUMMER RATES are $250.00 per night(4 night minimum).
Dates left for summer are 7/19-7/31 & 8/15-9/7.
8% room tax, $120.00 cleanung fee, $250.00 damage deposit(refundable)
