Welcome to our beautiful home in Sunriver and the NEW AMPHITHEATER scheduled to open Memorial Day 2012. The AMPHITHEATER will have indoor and outdoor pools with wade in access for the children, hot tub, 2 tub sliding hills, 2 water slides, a lazy river, a basketball court, picnic sites, and a snack bar. There will be 12 passes to the AMPHITHEATER for people staying at EAST BUTTE LANE. We live in Sunriver and always provide a clean and well maintained home for people to enjoy. All we ask of our guests is to care for the home as your own. Sunriver is only a 20 minute drive to Bend where you will find movies, theater, shopping, dining, and other amenities of a city of 90,000 people. Sunriver is a unique area with 2 golf courses, a stable for horse back riding on the National Forest trails, a marina for enjoying the Deschutes River, a newly remodeled Village, a Nature Center for people of all ages, an OBSERVATORY for viewing the night sky, tennis courts(require reservations-541-593-5707), an airport for planes up to corporate jets, and the new amphitheater. The AMPHITHEATER will be open for Memorial Day in 2012. There is no other place like SUNRIVER.
There are almost 40 miles of paved paths for walking, biking (we supply 12 mountain bikes), or jogging. Sunriver has a VILLAGE with shops and dining. There is music in the Village in the evenings during the summer. All the amenities mentioned are within Sunriver or a short drive away. Sunriver is 40 minutes from the airport in Redmond.

Rate Details (In US Dollars)
May 25th-June14th..$250.00/nt. 3rd night free--except for MEMORIAL DAY weekend
June 15th-Labor Day..$250.00/nt.
There is a $100.00 cleaning fee and an 8% county-state room tax.
A $300.00 damage deposit(refundable) is due when the balance is paid.

We are both retired teachers that moved from Portland to Sunriver in 1998 in order to enjoy the activities the area provides. Keeping active and meeting new people is a major part of our lives.

Thanks for the use of this great house. Seven Air Force Vetrens reunited after 42 years! Many stories were swapped and a great time was had by all of us. We wore medals in the war. Graduates of the School of Aerospace Medicine.

Great place for a family get together. Lots of beds, great kitchen with lot of gear to cook big meals. We've stayed in lots of homes in Sunriver. This one is the best so far.

We had such a wonderful time--horseback riding, golf, swimming, bike riding, exploring, deer viewing, soaking in the jacuzzi, fishing, hiking ...shall I go on??? Your perfect house provided the "icing on the cake!" We could not have picked a better place to stay! Thank you for sharing your home. Hopefully we can come again soon.

What a place! Awesom!!! great for all of us to spread out. Loved all the couches, TV's DVD players, bikes, spa, incredible assortment of pots/pans and such in the kitchen. We just wish we could get onto the WIFI. Highly recommend to anyone. 3 coffee pots, WOW, & we have a lot of coffee drinkers! I can't think of anything else to stock your home with. We would love to come back. Great kids across the street. Thanks a bunch for sharing your 2nd home with us.
