Casa Francisco is a spectacular villa with sweeping views of the Pacific Ocean. Casa Francisco is located right across the street from the beach in the prestigious residential area in San Pancho called Costa Azul. This Mediterranean styled home is newly remodeled and surrounded by tropical vegetation. Watch whales and dolphins jump, spout and play with their young while sipping cold drinks from your own private, ocean view pool terrace. Take a walk down across the road to the beach (2 minutes) and enjoy the pristine sand and waves.
The house is fully equipped with the latest amenities, the entire home has a water purification system. The expansive ocean view terrace is "the" place to just relax and unwind on comfy chaise lounges or take a dip in the heated environmentally friendly salt water private pool. This terrace is the perfect spot to watch the infamous San Pancho dazzling sunsets.
The kitchen, living and dining ares are all located on the pool terrace level. The kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, ample cookware, decorative dishes, and a dishwasher. The living room has built in sofas and a flat screen TV with DVD and WIFI. The dining table is large enough for 6 to eat comfortably and one full bathroom is also located on the ground floor. The 3 bedrooms are all located on the upstairs level. The king bedroom, complete with glass/wood trimmed doors opens on to an ocean view balcony has mood lighting and is adjacent the upstairs full bath. The queen bedroom also has glass/wood framed doors opening on to the ocean view balcony. The 3rd double bedroom has a trundle bed and a tropical garden view. The queen and double bedrooms both share a full bath located downstairs.
For the enthusiasts, there are multitudes of fun day activities to do e.g., hiking, surfing, spa, fishing and golfing. During the day or in the evenings, take a stroll along the 1.5km long beach the "Pueblo" of San Pancho and enjoy fine dining, gift shops, mini markets, scrumptious taco stands and fresh fish from local fisherman. You can also take an evening walk or drive along the cobble stoned road to the Pueblo of San Pancho to the polo field and watch a polo match each weekend night while enjoying cocktails, listening to live jazz and eating fine Mexican cuisine.

Casa Francisco is the ideal setting for the perfect vacation. The beautiful surroundings provide plenty of opportunity for rest and relaxation. The pool with ocean view was our favorite place to lounge. And when we wanted adventure and excitement, we explored the jungle, swam in the ocean, and investigated the charming town. We fell in love with the people, the food, and the natural beauty.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, adventure seekers.

Why the Owner Chose San Francisco (San Pancho):
This property was purchased and remodeled to be a family second home. It is furnished in a old Mediterranean style with all new art, furniture, TV, XBox, iPod speakers and Internet. The beds are all new as well as custom made luggage holders, dining room table, desk and many other small details. This Casa was built for the upscale traveler that likes a custom home, something special, with beautiful landscaping. The Housekeeper and Yard man come regularly.
The Unique Benefits at this House:
The house has a complete house water purification system. It also has A/C in all of the rooms. The pool is HEATED and has a new "Spa" type salt system, no chloride, your skin feels like you just put lotion on it! The kitchen has all new stainless appliances as well as a dishwasher. The ocean view guest bedroom upstairs has a queen bed and a loft great for a child. The second guest bedroom has a beautiful garden view with its own private terrace. The bed is a trundle bed for sleeping two.
