AVAILABLE FOR 3, 4 0R OR 5 MONTH WINTER RENTAL begining NOVEMBER 1 Or WHEN YOU CHOOSE . This unit is Beachfront. In Pinnacle Port there is PENTHOUSE 20 with a townhouse floor plan where you can sit on your own private balconies overlooking the Gulf of Mexico or take the elevator to the beach. All GE appliances including stove, refrigerator, Washer and dryer. New 40 inch Sony flat screen HD Television is in living room and new 19 inch HD flat screen television in master bedroom, all hooked to cable. The living room balcony and the master bedroom balcony each have a table and chairs and a chaise lounge on each. This is a NO SMOKING UNIT and NO PETS are permitted; also, is rated "A" by the Pinnacle Port Rental Association. The master bedroom has a queen bed and private full bath, and in second bedroom are twin beds. A bathroom with shower is conviently off the hall. The sofa in living room is a new queen size sleep sofa.
Tile is in unit throughout the first floor. Stairs, hallway and bedrooms are carpeted. New carpet to be installed before winter rental. The master bedroom balcony overlooks Carillon Community and Lake Powell and there is a Gulf view; of course the living room balcony overlooks the beautiful Emerald Green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. If the Gulf of Mexico were an ocean this beautiful penthouse would be oceanfront. Should you stay here one time you will always want to come back. Local taxes apply and there is a cleaning fee at check out but curnently included in rentals quoted. Plese see availability calendar.

- Balcony (2) : The Living room balcony overlooks the Gulf of Mexico. The master bedroom has beautiful views including a Gulf view. Sitting on the master bedroom balcony and listening to the Carillon in the Carillon Community can be a very enjoyable expeience if you like carillon music.

I just wanted to send you a note thanking you for renting us your beautiful condo. We had a wonderful time except for the fact that the time went by so fast. Your Penthouse is very beautiful and and the view is fantastic. We hope to get down again later in the year.
