We had a wonderful holiday and as usual loved our stay in your condo. It truly makes us feel at home which makes it difficult to leave. We are already looking forward to the next visit.

Recommended for:Adventure seekers, age 55+, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

The condo is so beautiful, and right on the beach!! We watched dolphins from the balcony during breakfast. Loved the tropical decor. We'll be back again soon!

We had a great stay at your condo. It was very comfy, tastefully decorated, and all the ammenities -- including the computer -- made us feel right at home. We have decided we would like to rent longer next year.

We stayed in this Condo from July 16th 2007 and we LOVED IT!!!! Condo was nice and clean what is very important to us. Since we were little skeptic at the beginning if this condo will be the way it was represented on Vrbo listing, to our surprise it was great and we had wonderful time. View from the balcony is great………… watching the sunset was spectacular.We would like to Thank to the owners for giving us the opportunity to have nice and relaxing vacation and will definitely plan to come back : - )

We stayed in this unit during April 2005 and had a wonderful stay. The condo is very large and tastefully decorated with tropical style furnishings and neutral colors. The kitchen has new appliances and nice Corian countertops and is stocked with everything we could possibly need (including a blender!) The beds were comfortable and the bedrooms had lots of closet and drawer space. We slept with the Master BR sliding doors open and enjoyed falling asleep to the sounds of the surf. The bathrooms are large and provided lots of counter space and soft, thick towels. We were also pleased to find a jacuzzi tub/shower in the master bath. The balcony is very spacious and we enjoyed having breakfast and dinner on the bar table overlooking the gulf. Since we traveled by air, it was nice to have extras provided such as beach towels, beach chairs and sand toys for our children to use. The complex is secure and access to the pool and beach was easy. We caught the sunset on the beach most every evening. The location was convenient to grocery shopping and restaurants. Our two young boys enjoyed eating lunch on the deck over the water at Gators near John's Pass and watching the drawbridge action, the numerous dolpins, and playing in their gameroom. We also loved the sunset Pirate cruise from John's Pass (worth the money!) There is a lot to see and do in this area for families or couples without it seeming too busy or commercial. We are vacation rental owners also and are very particular about where we stay. The pictures of this condo are current and it is even more beautiful than the pictures represent - it was more than we had hoped for and we were very pleased with our choice. Don (one of the owners) was great to deal with and went out of his way to answer my many questions and also provided very useful written information. This place has got to be one of the best on Madiera Beach - you won't be disappointed!

Spent a wonderful month in Florida thanks to your condominium. We were very comfortable in your wonderful abode. It was clean...it was as advertised (important)...and wonderfully furnished. Loved the area with lots of good restaurants. The location is great for the restaurants, food stores nearby, the Tyrone Mall nearby. And, I think we lucked out on the weather. Anyway, we were pleased. I, personally, spent a good deal of time on the deck at the bar with my martini in hand just gazing out over the gulf. Thanks for making such a nice place available. We hope to return.

We stayed in this condo the month of March '04. It is very tastefully decorated and all the furnishings are new and immaculate. We enjoyed watching the dolphins and the beautiful sunsets from the large patio area. The pool area is also very nice. It is only a few feet from the complex to the beach. Security is excellent with pass-codes and locks to entrances/exits.

We visited this beautiful condo in November 2003. It was very relaxing. We loved watching the dolphins from the balcony - some were only a few yards from the shore! Everything in the condo was new and clean. The location was very close to everything you need - groceries, restaurants, shopping, mini golf, and of course, it's right on the beach!
