Quiet top floor with elevator access, 2 bedrooms, 2 bath, Salerno style 1364 sq ft condo that has a spectacular view of the golf course, Preserve and a lake from your lanai or master bedroom.
Condo unit is located in a very quiet and private setting at the end of a cul-de-sac. Pelican Preserve is a 55+ community.
Just bring your clothes as the unit is well equipped with everything you need. The condo has cathedral ceilings providing a very open and spacious feel. The kitchen is fully equipped, has an oversized pantry along with a breakfast table for two. The master bedroom has a King size bed with private bath and large walk-in closet. The guest bedroom has a Queen size bed and a full bath just outside the door. Both bedrooms have their own TVs. All bed linen and towels are provided. The dining area is equipped to seat at least four adults. The living room area comes complete with a 40” flat screen TV, leather sofa and chair and an additional oversized chair that converts to a twin sleeper for that unexpected guest. Ceiling fans throughout. There is a separate laundry room with washer and dryer as well as a separate secure storage area for bikes, beach chairs, etc.
Amenities and activities galore are available at Pelican Preserve not to mention a 27 hole championship golf course as well. The Town Center includes an outdoor resort pool, hot tubs, snack bar, indoor theatre for movies, amphitheatre for outdoor concerts, health and fitness center with an indoor lap pool and water aerobic area, Spa treatment rooms, an elevated walking track, locker rooms with a sauna and steam room, tennis courts, tennis pro shop, softball field, basketball court, sand beach area with a fishing pier, ceramics and art studio, a wood shop, internet café with computers or wireless connection, a butterfly garden, a nature boardwalk through the Preserve, walking and bike paths and Destinations Restaurant.
This condo neighborhood within Pelican Preserve also has its own private pool/spa area complete with gas grills and an outdoor clubhouse.
