First let me say WOW!! I just returned yesterday from a week stay in this condo. This was my first time to Navarre Beach. I have not ever really considered myself a "beach person". I must say that I am now!! Navarre is a spectacular place and this condo just was the icing on the cake. It was clean and wonderfully decorated. I communicated with Cecily throughout the renting process and she was so helpful and kind. I would highly recommend this condo. It is on the 9th floor and this is perfect. It is located right outside the elevators so the access is quite easy and never waited on an elevator. You do not want on a lower floor because the view is not as great. Summerwind is well kept and the pool area is magnificent. We used the hot tub mostly. The beach is just too beautiful to spend the time at the pool. The chairs and umbrella with this rental is a great ammenity. I just walked across the deck/walkway to the beach and there were the chairs and umbrella already out and ready. The owners have done very well with this condo and are very generous in sharing it with others. I am already looking to return next year. This is going to be an annual trip. Book this condo; you will not be disappointed!!!! You must also eat at the East Bay Crab House. It was terrific! Cocodries is very close to the condo but found the food ok and expensive. The view at the restaurant wonderful. The great thing with this condo is it is right next to the pier. You can walk right over and walk on this wonderful pier. There is just nothing bad that can be commented. Thank you Sandy and Bruce for sharing your condo and thank you Cecily for being so nice and accomodating.

This was our first time in Navarre, and we loved it! It was a beautiful condo with gorgeous decor and an unbelievable view. Bruce and Sandy were great to work with. Such a peaceful area... we got some much needed rest and relaxation!Enjoyed the pool and work out room. Can't wait to come back!

We just returned from a long week-end . Your condo was very nice and comfortable. The kids really liked the bunk room! Your condo had everything we needed. The beach was beautiful and very relaxing and the kids had a good time looking for shells. We plan to return soon. Thanks!

Our family had a beatiful Labor Day weekend in Sept. 2006 in this wonderful condo. We have stayed in many condos in Navarre and this was by far the VERY BEST! The condo had everything we needed and was very comfortable. I was very impressed with the owner calling to check to see if everything was okay for us. It was a very relaxing, enjoyable stay. Thank you for sharing your beatiful condo with our family. We definitely want to come back again!!

My children and I went down for our spring break. It was so relaxing and plenty of space for everyone. My kids loved the heated pool. I loved the beautiful decor and relaxing atmosphere. My family and I had a wonderful time while staying at this beach home. The view is georgeous, the decor both beautiful and comfortable, and the beach is one of the prettiest I've seen. We enjoyed our stay so much last summer that we have already reserved another week this August. I would recommend a stay here to anyone. It has also been a pleasure to deal with this home's owner, Mr. Levevre.

We have stayed in this unit many times and look forward to many more. It it very spacious and extremely comfortable. It is great to be right on the beach and watch the sunset from the balcony. We have even spent a Christmas there and hope to do it again in the near future. We highly recommend staying here!

We had the pleasure of staying at this condo in May, 2007. The condo is beautiful - decor very tasteful and fully equipped - we had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable! The owner was just outstanding - we have stayed in several condos and he was the first person to call and make sure everything was okay - and we were still at the airport! That's true hospitality. Navarre Beach is beautiful and this condo is direct ocean front with views from both the living and bedrooms. With a king bed, two full beds, two bunks and a sleeper sofa, this condo is ideal for those of you with lots of kids or grands! I look forward to returning to this condo - don't hesitate for a moment renting it - you won't be disappointed.
