Unit 318 has Cathedral ceilings throughout and bright colors are as warm and inviting as the view outside. Picnic areas and barbecues make outdoor dining easy! Imagine being at the top of the world, looking out over the Gulf of Mexico. The 180 degree view from the balcony and main living area is truly breath taking. Interior decoration is crisp, clean, modern in a very spacious unit. The kitchen is great, looks brand new. The ease of rental, including the front desk staff was very, very...friendly & responsive. Very nice unit. We will return!Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, people with disabilities, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

Great view, Beautiful Place My wife and I stayed there a couple of years ago, at the time although we loved the view and the location the place seemed a bit outdated. Now that the place has been completed remodeled it looks incredible! We can wait to go back! There is plenty to do with beautiful white sand beaches, warm water, fantastic sunsets, shopping close by and close by to many of Florida's great attractions. We had a wonderful stay in this gorgeous condo! The complex is lovely, well maintained, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. We feel this particular unit is the best in the complex as it directly faces the water. Additionally, its location on the top floor provides fabulous views and the most privacy. We enjoyed our stay here a few years ago, yet now with its recently completed renovation, it appears like a new unit! The view when you walk in the door is just what we hoped. The corner window makes the view amazing. We felt close to everything, but not in the main traffic area. Seeing that the kitchen has been remodeled to look out is very exciting, can't wait to stay again. (When we stayed there was a wall blocking the view.) We were pleased with the size, we thought the place would feel small because of the square footage, but it was far from it. We still remember the wow we felt when we walked in the first time. What a view. Great layout.Recommended for: People with disabilities, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

We stayed in the condo from Oct 23 to Oct 30, 2010. The property was very clean and everything there was as new. We found everything in the condo description true or better. Outstanding views of Gulf from the living/family room and lanai. Very comfortable beds. Fully equiped and functional kitchen. Good quality furnituire. All in all, we felt at home. Every morning we enjoyed our breakfasts with unobstructed views of the beach and the Gulf. In the evening it was as enjoyable to sit in the lania and listen to the waves or simply relax in front of the flat screen TV in the living room. The resort staff was very responsive. There was only one technical problem in the beginning which was WiFi connectivity. That was minor and resolved promptly.Recommended for: People with disabilities, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

My husband suprised me and took me to Longboat Key for my b-day. We stayed in this unit and we loved the views of the gulf. The unit was nicely decorated and up to date. The unit is in walking distance of some nice places to eat. We ate at the Blue Dolphin Cafe for breakfast, and it was great. I would definitely recommend to stay here and you are close to Tampa too. My Wife and I stayed in Unit 318 last year and it was incredible. This is a beautiful unit with spectacular views of the ocean and the beach!!! We really enjoyed having a cocktail on the balcony, lounging in the spacious bright living room and I really loved the extremely comfortable bed. My wife loved the fact that the kitchen was stock with all our meal preparation needs (This saved us a lot of money with not having to each every meal out). We were very pleased with how attentive and friendly the staff was. We definitely would highly recommend this unit to everyone. We can't wait to go back!Did you find this review helpful?
