Newly renovated rental property 2 blocks from the beach and boardwalk and close to restaurants, shopping and cafes in both Ventnor and Margate.
The house has central air, five bedrooms all with ceiling fans and 2.5 baths (2 queens, 1 full, 2 twins and a set a bunk beds that can be separated into 2 twins). It has a large dining table that seats 10 - 12. HDTV with cable/DVR/DVD. WiFi internet. Beautiful large outdoor shower. Paved patio with large gas BBQ. Off-street parking for at least 3 cars.
The house comes with 10 beach chairs, 2 beach umbrellas, 10 beach tags, a beach cart and a wagon.
Child friendly with baby gates, 1 toddler bed, 2 cribs, 2 high chairs, kids toys, sand toys.
The new community center, beach restrooms/showers, and playground are on our street as well.
Atlantic City is only short cab ride away with plenty of entertainment, nightclubs, casinos, fine dining, and great shopping to appeal to everyone.

My family and I recently spent one week at this beach house. The owners were incredibly nice and thoughtful. They knew we had some kids coming, so they stocked the house with toys and books. There were also cribs, bed rails, and a bouncy chair, all of which were put to use. It rained for a few days of our trip, so the books and toys were much appreciated. The owners also thought of everything, from dish soap to spices, all of which made the stay very much like home. They were very responsive to all of our questions about the house and about what to do in the area (we called them a few times during the trip). I would highly recommend this home to anyone and hope to rent again next summer.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car.
