  What a pleasure to do business with an owner like Anna. Everything listed on the site was 100% accurate, in fact the unit was even nicer in person than the pictures portrayed. The property is very well maintained inside and out. The covered parking spot right near the elevator was an added bonus. For the price you will not find a nicer place to stay in Key West. I highly recommend this condo to anyone!

  We enjoyed our stay, but the mold in the bathrooms needs to be taken care of.

  Recommended for: Age 55+, girls getaway.

  Owner response: I take great pride of producing a great place to stay .... Not only do I supply an email address I give all renters my phone number . I visit my place several times a year and fully clean and update whatever needs are. This mold issue was addressed ( since I just left and even shampooed carpets ) My wonderful Cleaning person found nothing to verify this allication Please read the rest of our reviews . Thank You Anna I have owned and operated a cleaning business for 9 years and have never heard of ORANGE MOLD ...I googled it ..nothing. In my heart I believe it is spray on suntan lotion .

  My family of four stayed over Christmas and had a wonderful time. Condo has everything you need and love the code entry into the unit instead of keys. This is very nice when someone in the party needs to head upstairs and mom doesn't have to worry about who has the keys. The washer and dryer is very handy and the unit was very clean. Another aspect of Sunrise Suites is the nice pool area. The bathrooms located at the pool are convenient and kept very clean by the ground crews. Each morning you encounter friendly people who are cleaning the tables, mopping floors,etc to keep the grounds in wonderful conditon. Anna is great to work with. Very timely with questions and can't wait to spend Christmas '13 in Key West. Also recommend Danger Charter for a full day of snorkeling. Have snorkeled a few different areas of the Keys and this was by far my families favorite.

  Nice condo on the top floor. For the most part very quiet. Clean with a good layout for a small family. On the quiet side of the island so you must take a bus, cab or car to the duval street side. Nice pool that was very warm. We really enjoyed our stay. The only thing the condo was lacking was a radio. It would have been nice to enjoy some relaxing music during our time spent in the unit.

  We stayed for 3 nights last week in this unit. It was perfect for our needs. We enjoyed being away from the hustle and bustle of duval street/downtown area - but it was still close enough to jump in the car for a 10 minute ride down there. (We had no problems finding parking also). The owner was a pleasure to work with, she answered all questions in a timely manner and responded quickly. The unit itself was very clean - it was nice having the two bathrooms and bedrooms. They are separated by the living room and kitchen. Sitting on the balcony (which overlooks the pool) - was nice in the morning while eating breakfast and at night when we got back from Duval St. I would recommend renting this unit and we hope to go back soon ourselves! Enjoy!

  The whole renting process was informal, easy, and very trustworthy. We arrived, gave our name, and received the key to the condo. We were very pleased with the two bedroom condo, as it was very clean, spacious, and nicely equipped. The kitchen was fully stocked and even had things we weren't expecting the rental would have, but were very happy to discover (e.g. paper towels, shampoo/conditioner, soap, liquid detergent, etc.) Thank you so much for an excellent stay!

  2nd time staying at Sunrise Suites, first in this unit. Unit has great view of pool area. You get a spacious, clean 2 bedroom condo for less than the price of the cheaper motels. You are on the other side of the Key from Duval street, but it is an easy ride and I never had an issue finding parking. Unit has full kitchen which saves a ton of money even if it is only for coffee, tea and light snacks. The owner is easy to deal with and the whole experience was positive from beginning to end

  The whole process was super informal, and turned out better then expected! Finding a place to stay that was this affordable was a blessing and definitely helped with our trip to Key West. With so many places being over priced as far as accomodations, this makes a Key West vacation more attainable then I imagined. The kitchen is great and the bedrooms and bathrooms were clean. The balcony is a great feature as well. The pool is awesome, and everyone involved with the condos was awesome! I definitely recommend this suite for anyone looking for a great place at a great price. While it is not right by downtown, Key West is super small, so riding a bike to your favorite place wont be a problem :)

  We had a great stay at the Sunrise Suites. We have stayed here several times in the past but this is the first time with this owner. Suite was very clean and all the amenities we needed. If you have never been to K.W., fly in to Key West, rent a small car (easy parking), and go have fun!!

  This was the first time for me and my family to stay in a vacation rental and I was really happy that I chose this one. It was spacious, clean and well-maintained. The amenities were more than I expected. (There was a TV in each BR and the living room!) The staff were friendly and always working around the condo. It is not located in the downtown area but only took about 10 minutes to get there. There were virtually everything within 5 minites from the condo, beach, supermarket, fast food restaurants, movie rental, etc. etc. So it was very convenient, yet it was very quiet at night. The owner was very nice and all communications were fast and smooth. This is a worry-free, highly recommended rental espacially for families!
