A large fully furnished kitchen and gas BBQ let you enjoy the peaceful surroundings and a home cooked meal. Deer visit the open areas around the home often and go to sleep with the soothing sounds of ocean waves and distant Sea Lions.
The home looks down on the Marine Terrace to one of the best beach access' in Cambria which is only two blocks away. Access to Hiking along the ocean bluffs and Monterey Pine forests is only a 5 minute walk. Shopping and restaurants are 2-3 minutes by car.
Hearst Castle and Elephant Seal viewing is 15 minutes up the coast along scenic Hwy 1, Central Coast Wineries are 20 minutes inland and the sand Dunes of Montana De Oro State Park are 20 minutes down the coast.
