Life doesn't get much better! This small 12-unit condominium complex has a private sandy beach directly across the street. Newly renovated in 2005 - new Kitchen, bathroom, maple hardwood floors, new cook-top, microwave, granite countertop, Keureg coffee machine. WIFI
The bright and clean eat- in kitchen is fully stocked from lobster pots to cork screws. Kitchen towels, paper towels, paper plates, toilet paper all provided.
This second-floor unit features a loft with a skylight and an ocean view from the bed. The condo has a king bed and a queen in the loft.
The large rear yard has four barbecue pits and picnic tables. A porta-crib is available. Beach chairs, beach towels, sand toys, bed sheets and bath towels all provided.
The condo is close to Rte. 28 for shopping, dining, and entertainment. Mini Golf courses, movie theaters, trampolines, paddle boats and bowling alleys. Great family place!

I have stayed at this condo for several years. Located across from a private beach, this condo is perfect in so many ways. It has always been spotless. No need to pack sheets, towels, cleaning supplies, owner has thought of everything! Across from the ocean, the unit has a balcony with table/chairs, perfect for early morning coffee, or viewing the sunset. Beautifully decorated,with remodeled kitchen and bath. Great family diner just down the street in walking distance. Recommend highly to anyone wishing to have a stress free wonderful Cape Cod vacation.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway.

We have been staying at this condo for 1 week each summer for the past few years. It is just lovely. The condo is immaculate---clean, bright and airy. The beach is just across the street, and parking is provided, making the location incredibly convenient. Debbie has been extremely accomodating during our stays. She has proven herself to be reliable, service oriented and trustworthy. Debbie is a pleasure to do business with each year. Our family has built many fond memories of our stay at Cape Cod, in part due to the ease with which we arrange our stay. We highly recommend this condo to those looking for an affordable, pleasurable and relaxing experience on the Cape.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car.

Our family has enjoyed renting this property for many years. The owner is available by phone or email and is very helpful with all the arrangements. The location is wonderful. Just walk across the street and your @ the beach. (this is our favorite part )...Other beaches are located just a few minutes down the street. Larger beaches are located close by. The unit is clean and very well maintained. Resently remodeled and tastefully decorated. You can walk or ride your bikes to nearby restaurants, ice cream shops, coffee shops, or just sight see. It is our pleasure doing business and staying @ the Seawinds.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, adventure seekers.

About the owner: Hi - My husband and I bought this condo in 2001, we love the Cape and the area when it is not rented we are there! In 2005 we completely renovated the condo we wanted to make the inside match the view and I think we have done it. In 2008 my dear husband passed away but I'm still here with my grandson and family. I offer multi family discounts and discounts if you rent for more than one week. Last year I was able to meet renters that had rented for years it was a joy to meet people that I had emailed over the years. I hope you enjoy my condo as much as I do.
Why the Owner Chose Dennis Port:
I have always loved the Cape and never thought we would have a place with a private beach.
They are easy to get to and on RT 28 you can get anything that you need or want.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
I like the condo because you don't have to leave it if you don't want to. With the beach
across the street and two public beaches within walking distance you don't have to deal with
traffic or a sandy car. And with the full size frig you can stock it and then sit back and
relax. If you have small children you can leave all your 'stuff' on the beach to run back for
bathroom breaks or make lunch.
