Stop looking at other venues on VRBO, and just go ahead and book this one with confidence. Fantastic location within walking distance to everything including shopping and the beach. There is a very nice pool area very close as well. Clean, pristine, modern. Each bedroom has its own separate washroom. Great kitchen and large living room area. The owners are attentive and respond quickly to emails and requests. As a side note, I am golfer, and while the golf course in Waikoloa is OK, if you have a car drive and play the Mauna Lani South Course instead - incredible stuff. Our favorite beach is Mona Kea, worth the short drive.

We just spent a perfect week in this unit. The accomadations where as described and the unit was clean and comfortable. The owners are professional, responsive and great to work with. We look forward to returning to very soon. Mahalo nui loa!

Wonderful accomodations

This was our second trip to Hawaii. We stayed at the Fairway Villas both times; however, on the second trip, we rented a condo through the VRBO organization. The owners of the condo contacted me regarding my first inquiry and provided me with complete information on how to go about renting from them. Once the rental was paid for, I sent them various emails with questions before our vacation. Every email was very quickly responded to. The condo was very nice and clean and equipped with beach towels and some beach gear including snorkling equipment and body boards. We would definitely rent this condo again. The furnishings in the condo were excellent and there were an assortment of DVDs and books available for use but we were way too busy having outdoor fun to use them. The kitchen was well supplied and the view of the golf course from the lanai was great. The master bedroom was very nice and the bed was super comfortable. We immediately felt at home. One of the activities that we did was take a Captain Zodiac tour (the 5 hour Beat the Crowds tour). This tour was definitely a good value. We were exhausted when we got through but had a very memorable time. The Zodiac boats go very fast and the ride can be very bumpy especially in the front of the boat, so if you are into a more relaxing ride, I would go for a different kind of boat. My husband and I are 50+ years old and we had a thrilling time. Part of the tour included snorkeling which was absolutely beautiful and lunch was included too.

We enjoyed staying in this lovely condo, this past February. We were there for almost three weeks. The bed was very comfortable. The Kitchen was well stocked with many basic items. Enjoyed breakfast and dinner on the Lanai. It was fun to watch the golfers go by. Thank You for sharing your condo with us.

My wife, daughter and I stayed at Stacy's condo this last Feb. This is the second time we stayed at the Fairway Villas complex - we stayed at another condo last year, which was nice as well. Stacy's place was clean, well maintained, and comfortable. The complex is great as it is behind gates, plush, safe and quiet. The Kings and Queens shopping is an easy walk. We splurged a couple of nights and went to Roys for dinner, which is delish. My kids enjoyed the pool quite a bit, and we were able to read and relax while the splashed and played. The hot tub was also nice, and was clean. We would definately stay here again and recommend Stacy's place. Stacy is easy to work with and communicates well.

What a great time we had in your beautiful condo. The bed was comfortable, and everything was nice and clean. We really appreciated the extras, beach chairs, beach towels, even a few games and some movies. Having stayed in several of the Fairway Villas before, this was definitely the best equipped. We do a lot of cooking and the kitchen had every tool we needed! Being able to use your beach chairs and towels enabled us to pack a lot lighter too. We will definitely be back! Ted and Pam

The condo was awesome. Very nicely put together and very comfortable. In a quiet complex with beautiful landscaping with wonderful views of the golf course. Very nice and private. A short drive to what I consider the best beach on the Big Island, Hapuna Beach. There were boogie boards, snorkel gear, an ice chest along w/ other beach toys. FYI, there is a place to rent beach equipment at Hupuna Beach if you need extras and they also rent beach umbrellas which is really nice to have to help getting overly toasted on that wonderful beach. The owner Stacey was a delight to work with and quick to answer any questions we had. The price is exceptionally great for what you get in this condo. Comfortable beds, private lanai, washer/drier, two cable TV's w/ movies and DVD player. Beautiful decor and all the comforts of home. If you rent from these owners you won't be disappointed.

Just what we were looking for

Our family was looking for a nice place to stay on the Big Island, where we could stock the kitchen and fix our own meals. It is also nice to be able to park your car right outside and not have to worry about having to pay for parking above and beyond your hotel rate. This met our needs perfectly. We were within walking distance to A'Bay where we swam with turtles, and two beautiful shopping centers. It is also very conveniantly located within a short driving distance to other beaches and attractions. The small town of Waikoloa Village is only 6 miles away and we did all of our grocery shopping there. The Lanai looked over a beautiful golf course. Even though we do not golf, it was wonderful to sit out on the Lanai and enjoy the peace and quiet after a fun day at the beach and enjoy the perfect tropical air. I highly recommend this condo to anyone!

We enjoyed our stay in your condo. It has all of the bells and whistles, plus some. The location on the golf course provided a nice and quiet view. In our judgement, this side of the Fairways Villas is better for the view and quieter than those that face the King's shops. The lanai with fan was great. Many units don't have fans on their lanais. The unit is very nicely appointed. Because we stayed for three weeks we appreciated all of the kitchen appliances, dinnerware and utensils. The infinity pool and BBQ's were used frequently. We would definitly stay in G-22 again. A note to golfers. There are a number of good courses on the Big Island. Two very good and challenging ones are in the Waikoloa Beach Resort, Beach and Kings Course. The fees are not cheap. If you use teetimeshawaiidotcom you can reserve in advance for a substantial discount.

Stacey Lynn and James, We had a wonderful stay at your condo with Jim, Anna and Cameron. It is immaculatly maintained and tastefully decorated. The bed in the guest room is extremely comfortable with fine linens as well. The amenities close by (Swimming, shopping, hotel, great restuarants, etc.) make your place one of the best locations on the Kona coast. Views of the sunsets and golf course from the balcony are fabulous! Everything one needs to relax and enjoy a great time in Hawaii.

After visiting this beautiful residence on five occasions I am wondering why I haven't taken the time to comment on the exceptional features of this condominium. The location is stunning, backing up onto the golf course and affording a view of the mountains in the background.The villa is located close to all the ammenities; a lovely shopping center and fabulous restaurants. Perhaps the most beautiful of all attractions is the beach. Wow, it is a privilege to watch the sunsets and enjoy the ocean breezes and fresh sea air. I love this place! The villa itself is beautifully appointed. The beds are extremely comfortable and my favorite bedroom allows the ocean breeze to flow in along with the sounds of the native birds singing. This is paradise! I found every convenience that I needed in the kitchen and there were beach towels and chairs etc. provided for the guests. We also enjoyed a bar-b- que and swim in the nearby pool. For all of the obvious attractions that the villa gives, we found that the price was very affordable and it allowed us to enjoy a fabulous Hawaiian holiday.

I just put the keys to the condo in the mail today. I want to thank you very much for the wonderful time we had at your condo and on the Big Island. Your condo is beautiful and is well equipped and supplied. I liked all the appliances and equipments in the kitchen. We cooked many of our meals in your kitchen. What I didn't realize is how expensive food is in Hawaii. Thank you for the tip on Costco and other grocery stores. There is a new one on Waikoloa Village (on the other side of Route 19) called Waikoloa Village Market, about 10 minutes away. You may add it to your list. My husband and the girls enjoyed the numerous beaches and hikes on the island while I was at a seminar. Thank you for providing the beach chairs, snorkeling gear and the cooler. They were very useful. I talked to my colleagues who stayed at Hilton (where the seminar was held), and some of them paid a few hundred dollars a night. I thought your rate was exceptional considering the size and the location. I liked getting up to see the beautiful grass and hear the birds chirp. Thank you again for the great time. Absolutely beautiful!!!! Pictures do not do this condo justice. We walked into this place and were floored by the awesome furnishings, decorations and cleanliness. I loved the tropical theme all through it. We slept better in the master bedroom's bed than our own bed!!! We did too much sight seeing on the big island that we didn't have time to enjoy this place but would highly recommend to everyone.

The first thought when we walked in was "WOW". A perfect combination of comfort and luxury...and ideal for our honeymoon. The location was perfect, so close to the things we wanted to see, yet because it was on a golf course, made us feel like we were away from all the tourists! The condo was decorated beautifully (great ideas for our home), the kitchen had everything we needed..and more! We've stayed at a lot of houses and condo's throughout the world - and this was definitely the best. They really went above and beyond to make it a great experience for their guests.
