We stayed for two weeks Nov. 2010 this is a lovely location and the condo has everything included. The evening sunsets from the top of the building are spectactular. The beach is wonderful for family swims and the snorkeling is great. The whales came into this cove. Thank you Linda for sharing your lovely condo with us.

We stayed at this condo twice in 2009 (about 10 days in March, and 1 month in July). Loved it. Great view, well equipped unit, accomodating owner. Linda was easy to deal with. Highly recommend this unit and would stay here again.

Linda @ Davina, Everything about this place makes me want to live here forever! You never get tired of watching the ocean or making a point to watch sunset and toast how great Maui is! There really is tranquility, action and peace in Maui! Golf was unbelievable "picture perfect"! From Kapalua to Makena, was golf's mecca of the world. Loved the condo, the centrally located Kihei area and dealing with Linda was a pleasure. Everything was exactly as represented in the rental details and we would definitely rent this condo again. We went to the beach almost daily and Linda has supplied everything needed except the perishables: boogie boards, beach towels/chairs, mask, snorkel & fins and a cooler. She has thought of everything. Furnishings were lovely, A/C works great and these were the BEST BEDS of our entire trip. My husband has a bad back and he found the beds in this condo very comfortable and supportive....even better than the Hilton Hotel in Honolulu! We would highly recommed this unit for anyone looking for accommodations along Maui's Southern coastline. Favorite beaches for snorkeling: Napili (west end) and Ulua Beach (between Kihei & Wailea). Water at Ulua was not as clear as Napili but we did see several sea turtles while snorkeling! Best beach for sheer beauty was Makena Beach (Big Beach), south of Wailea. Long, wide & very clean beach. Beautiful for sunning, boogie boarding and big, crashing waves. We enjoyed Big Beach much more than Ka'anapali.

Linda, We have had the time of our lives! We love the condo. It was home away from home. Kihei is the perfect little town! We have found the greatest snorkeling spots = Snorkel Bob rents chairs for $5 a week. We love Maui. Thank you for helping make this the greatest honeymoon ever!

Linda Mahalo! Everything here is great! Except for one thing-there no curtains so every morning I wake up earlier than I normally do. If there were curtains this already amazing condo would be even better! Note from Linda: We had half shutters on the windows and sheers, so as to not hide the great volcano views. Now, we installed bamboo blinds which can be lowered for late sleepers.

Our stay on Maui was wonderful (with exception of no pool) for our annual mother/daughter extended weekend. We are so relaxed and are ready to "take on the world" again. Mahalo! The Turner's (Lodi&L.A) The Farrell's (Saratoga, Ca & San Diego) Favorite restaurants: Breakfast-Stella Blues Cafe. Banana & macadamia nut pancakes w/coconut syrup! Dinner-Pita Paradise, great Greek & fish specials. Indian place downstairs is fantastic-but BYOB Brunch-Grand Wailea hotel! Beach-Polo Beach. Head left, away from the crowds, to a better spot-watch the tides! Bring extra cash for the $15 mai tais. Best dinner: Tropica at the Westin Kaanapali. Just Go! Linda's comment on above: The building switched the pool to solar heating and the pool was emptied at this time. It's full and much more environmentally friendly now.

We found everything as Linda described about the condo. Beautiful gardens, lovely pool. Wonderful view! Linda has provided everything to make our stay comfortable. The condo is equipped with top notch amenities, clean, comfortable beds, gorgeous kitchen with everything you could possibly need. We travelled with three young teenagers and they loved everything from the view (could see the whales), gorgeous pool, TV in both bedrooms, Plus big screen in Living room, walk to the beach, beach stuff and their own bathroom! Noise was a little bit difficult, but we just closed the windows and put on the ceiling fans and we were happy. We loved maui, lots of snorkling, diving, kayaking and great aquarium. Would love to be able to use the condo again sometime! 10 days just went by too fast! Aloha Linda, and Mahalo!!

The condo is beautiful. Linda has provided top of the line supplies. Very confortable beds. Never even used the air conditioner as the breezes through the lanai are wonderful. You can watch the whales from the lanai with no problem. The grounds are exceptionally beautiful. We cooked the majjority of our meals on the bbq's which were kept very clean. Only very little problem was the street traffic noise, but then you just kept your windows closed if it bothered you. There are ceiling fans in all rooms,which kept it cool. Great to have the beach equipment. Would recommend this condo to anyone and hope we can use it again at some point.

We have had a wonderful time especially swimming with the turtless down in Wailea. We snorkeled all over the island. The condo was in perfect location to just go anywhere. The view is fabulous! We sincerely recommend the following restaurants: SeaWatch in Wailea Mamas Fish House-Paia Big Wave-Kihei We loved Whalers Village for snorkeling and shopping. We definitely would enjoy renting the condo again. We also enjoyed the Maui Lavendar, Maui Tropical Plantation tour and the Maui Aquarium.
