  We had a month great stay, the house was perfect for six adults and 4 kids between 6 and 9. NIce and quiet area and nice sidewalks for the morning walks. The service from the owner was good, and when we had a disease case we got online help from the owner how to find a doctor. The location of the house was also perfect for visiting all the parks, close to the highway, and only 15 to 25 minutes away from all attractions. Wife and I played golf and there are a lot of nice courses around in the area. And the green fees are reasonable, check out for special offers. We will for sure come back one day.

  Recommended for: People with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

  This was a great place to stay. My family had a lot of fun and enjoyed this home. We can not wait to go back. The house was amazing and the decorated rooms were a huge hit with my children.It was very clean and well maintained. We saw lots of birds in the area and the neighborhood was quiet. We also had an emergency and the hospital in the area was amazing with my special medical needs child. I will strongly suggest this home to friends and the many parents that I associate with that have children with medical needs.

  We absolutely loved this cost-effective, spacious alternative to multiple hotel rooms. It is decorated in such a cute way, reminiscent of the nearby theme parks. (It took us about 15 minutes to drive to Disney and about 30 minutes to get to Universal.) The location was easy to find and all amenities were as described. The home was very clean and well-maintained. All communications with the owner have been answered very promptly. We loved having a key code for the door and alarm as that made things much simpler. Thank you so much for everything!

  Great location for theme parks in a nicely appointed house in a very quiet neighborhood. Kids loved the themed bedrooms and we all enjoyed the game room, hot tub, and pool. Definitely our new favorite location for Orlando. Looking forward to another visit.

  We spent a wonderful week at the villa with my wife and five kids (ranging between 4 and 11 years old). The listing description was very accurate regarding the location, layout and amenities. If anything we think that the house and the bedrooms are a lot better than they appear on the pictures. Everything in the house was properly clean and well-maintained, the AC was already on and the pool ready to use. The villa provided all the utensils needed for cooking and having good meals. Victor and Steve were both very diligent in helping with questions and requests. But you don’t really need to call them a lot since everything works great! We would definitively recommend the house to a friend or relative. It is a great spot to stay in Orlando not only if you plan to visit Disney world but also if you want to spend a relaxed week in a home away from home. Thank you! Si hay algo para decir es que las habitaciones son mucho mejores que lo que nos imaginábamos a partir de las fotos. Todo en la casa estaba limpio y bien mantenido, el AC ya estaba funcionando y la piscina lista para usar. La villa incluye todos los utensilios necesarios para cocinar y tener buenas comidas. Victor y Steve fueron muy diligentes en ayudar con preguntas y consultas. Pero realmente no es necesario llamarlos mucho ya que todo funciona muy bien! Definitivamente recomendaríamos la casa a un amigo o pariente. Es un lugar excelente para permanecer en Orlando no sólo si planea visitar Disney World sino también si desea pasar una semana relajada en un hogar lejos del hogar. ¡Gracias!

  We had a mini family reunion at the enguin house. The kids loved the place because it had a nice pool. As a matter of fact, we could barely get them out of it.The adults loved the house because it was very well equipped with towels, soap, etc..The kitchen was wonderful with all the pot and pans , plates , silverware, and the like that we needed. It was nice to be able to eat in most of the time. The beds were very comfortable and the decor was very nice. The girls loved the Penguin room and the boy loved the Forest room..The housing develop[ment seemed like it was so far away from the hustle and bustle, but there was a grovery store about 3 miles away. If you follow the directiond that were provided in the email, Disney was only about 15 minutes away. This was on back roads, if you get on I-4 it could be a lot longer.We did go to Medieval Times and it was only around 15-20 minutes to that area. We had a wonderful time in a great house. the eight of us could not have stayed in a hotel for what we paid to stay here. We will be back.

  Staying at Victor's Villas was the best decision we made regarding our Florida vacation! The home was beautiful and fit our needs to a T! The house was tastefully decorated and extremely clean. The beds were the most comfortable we have experienced while travelling. Every amenity we needed was available for our use. The game room was awesome and got a lot of use. I have already reommended Victor's Villas to several friends who are extremely interested and am talking to family members to plan our next vacation back. The customer service and response from the owner was incredible!

  We loved all the space in this house. It's a really great set-up for families...TVs in every bedroom and three bathrooms. The house was clean and the pool was very inviting. We had a problem with the pool heat when we first arrived but that was resolved quickly. I loved having a full kitchen so my kids could have fun playing while I got supper ready...after a day at the park I did not want to sit and try to entertain my kids in a restaurant. This house is about 15 min from Disneyworld and there is a grocery store and CVS down the road from the house. I am very happy we did not stay "on property" at Disneyworld. Although the houses are close together, the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful....my own kids in the pool probably created the most noise. My only complaint would be only supplying 3 rolls of toilet paper for a family of 4 for a week! I called the property manager but was told that was all that is supplied. I have rented several vacation rentals in the past and have never experienced this cost-saving extreme. I have rented other rentals where the owners leave more than enough necessary supplies...soap, dishwasher detergent, toilet paper, etc. Overall we had a great time...despite the extra trip to CVS.

  Owner response: I am so pleased this guest noted "THE POOL WAS INVITING" The "HOUSE WAS CLEAN" And the benefits of not staying on property! I asked the guest and she said she reserves 5 STARS for the "Walfdorf Astoria." Okay, that is understandable, we like to keep our rates reasonable. As a Self-catering home we supply one roll/per bath of Consumable Paper Products (spelling out Toilet paper seemed crass - I guess we should - we mention this in our contract, twice-which she signed). The other properties she stayed at were in Cape Cod where the stores are further away and the rates are much higher. As a self-catering home, we do infact include all detergents but no personal hygenine products - also mentioned in contract (wouldn't you perfer to bring your own shampoo but not your own Tide?). Different rental areas have different methods and it is important to learn what these are prior to arrival and read the contracts in order to obtain the information. Or just ask. Asking is a good way to see how you like dealing with owner or manager.

  This was our first family vacation in Florida. There was ten of us including four littleboys who loved the themed rooms and the pool. The kitchen was stocked with every peice of equiptment neede to fix a meal WE ate every breakfast at home and several dinners which saved a lot of money. There were plenty of linens for ten people and we really appreciated the two strollers to take to the theme parks. We would definately rent this house again. The house was neat and clean and very nicely decorated

  Victors villa is great I would recommend it to anyone. It was so nice that I will be renting one of his villa's again. He was very helpful!!!!! The house was clean and described exactly as it is!!! The pool was warm and wonderful. I loved the childrens rooms and so did they. They were great and the matresses were a pleasent surprise (very comfortable) he did not miss a beat in his decor or the design of this house. I love the open floor plan. I give the whole experience a A+!! Thanks again Victor.
