Perfect family stay

We had a month great stay, the house was perfect for six adults and 4 kids between 6 and 9. NIce and quiet area and nice sidewalks for the morning walks. The service from the owner was good, and when we had a disease case we got online help from the owner how to find a doctor. The location of the house was also perfect for visiting all the parks, close to the highway, and only 15 to 25 minutes away from all attractions. Wife and I played golf and there are a lot of nice courses around in the area. And the green fees are reasonable, check out for special offers. We will for sure come back one day.

Recommended for: People with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

This was a great place to stay. My family had a lot of fun and enjoyed this home. We can not wait to go back. The house was amazing and the decorated rooms were a huge hit with my children.It was very clean and well maintained. We saw lots of birds in the area and the neighborhood was quiet. We also had an emergency and the hospital in the area was amazing with my special medical needs child. I will strongly suggest this home to friends and the many parents that I associate with that have children with medical needs.

We absolutely loved this cost-effective, spacious alternative to multiple hotel rooms. It is decorated in such a cute way, reminiscent of the nearby theme parks. (It took us about 15 minutes to drive to Disney and about 30 minutes to get to Universal.) The location was easy to find and all amenities were as described. The home was very clean and well-maintained. All communications with the owner have been answered very promptly. We loved having a key code for the door and alarm as that made things much simpler. Thank you so much for everything!

Great location for theme parks in a nicely appointed house in a very quiet neighborhood. Kids loved the themed bedrooms and we all enjoyed the game room, hot tub, and pool. Definitely our new favorite location for Orlando. Looking forward to another visit.

We spent a wonderful week at the villa with my wife and five kids (ranging between 4 and 11 years old). The listing description was very accurate regarding the location, layout and amenities. If anything we think that the house and the bedrooms are a lot better than they appear on the pictures. Everything in the house was properly clean and well-maintained, the AC was already on and the pool ready to use. The villa provided all the utensils needed for cooking and having good meals. Victor and Steve were both very diligent in helping with questions and requests. But you don’t really need to call them a lot since everything works great! We would definitively recommend the house to a friend or relative. It is a great spot to stay in Orlando not only if you plan to visit Disney world but also if you want to spend a relaxed week in a home away from home. Thank you! Definitivamente recomendaríamos la casa a un amigo o pariente. Es un lugar excelente para permanecer en Orlando no sólo si planea visitar Disney World sino también si desea pasar una semana relajada en un hogar lejos del hogar. ¡Gracias!

Great Family Vacation

We had a mini family reunion at the enguin house. The kids loved the place because it had a nice pool. As a matter of fact, we could barely get them out of it.The adults loved the house because it was very well equipped with towels, soap, etc..The kitchen was wonderful with all the pot and pans , plates , silverware, and the like that we needed. It was nice to be able to eat in most of the time. The beds were very comfortable and the decor was very nice. The girls loved the Penguin room and the boy loved the Forest room..The housing develop[ment seemed like it was so far away from the hustle and bustle, but there was a grovery store about 3 miles away. If you follow the directiond that were provided in the email, Disney was only about 15 minutes away. This was on back roads, if you get on I-4 it could be a lot longer.We did go to Medieval Times and it was only around 15-20 minutes to that area. We had a wonderful time in a great house. the eight of us could not have stayed in a hotel for what we paid to stay here. We will be back.

Staying at Victor's Villas was the best decision we made regarding our Florida vacation! The home was beautiful and fit our needs to a T! The house was tastefully decorated and extremely clean. The beds were the most comfortable we have experienced while travelling. Every amenity we needed was available for our use. The game room was awesome and got a lot of use. I have already reommended Victor's Villas to several friends who are extremely interested and am talking to family members to plan our next vacation back. The customer service and response from the owner was incredible!

Great house for families

We loved all the space in this house. It's a really great set-up for families...TVs in every bedroom and three bathrooms. The house was clean and the pool was very inviting. We had a problem with the pool heat when we first arrived but that was resolved quickly. I loved having a full kitchen so my kids could have fun playing while I got supper ready...after a day at the park I did not want to sit and try to entertain my kids in a restaurant. This house is about 15 min from Disneyworld and there is a grocery store and CVS down the road from the house. I am very happy we did not stay "on property" at Disneyworld. Although the houses are close together, the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful....my own kids in the pool probably created the most noise. My only complaint would be only supplying 3 rolls of toilet paper for a family of 4 for a week! I called the property manager but was told that was all that is supplied. I have rented several vacation rentals in the past and have never experienced this cost-saving extreme. I have rented other rentals where the owners leave more than enough necessary supplies...soap, dishwasher detergent, toilet paper, etc. Overall we had a great time...despite the extra trip to CVS.

Owner response: I am so pleased this guest noted "THE POOL WAS INVITING" The "HOUSE WAS CLEAN" And the benefits of not staying on property! I asked the guest and she said she reserves 5 STARS for the "Walfdorf Astoria." Okay, that is understandable, we like to keep our rates reasonable. As a Self-catering home we supply one roll/per bath of Consumable Paper Products (spelling out Toilet paper seemed crass - I guess we should - we mention this in our contract, twice-which she signed). The other properties she stayed at were in Cape Cod where the stores are further away and the rates are much higher. As a self-catering home, we do infact include all detergents but no personal hygenine products - also mentioned in contract (wouldn't you perfer to bring your own shampoo but not your own Tide?). Different rental areas have different methods and it is important to learn what these are prior to arrival and read the contracts in order to obtain the information. Or just ask. Asking is a good way to see how you like dealing with owner or manager.

This was our first family vacation in Florida. There was ten of us including four littleboys who loved the themed rooms and the pool. The kitchen was stocked with every peice of equiptment neede to fix a meal WE ate every breakfast at home and several dinners which saved a lot of money. There were plenty of linens for ten people and we really appreciated the two strollers to take to the theme parks. We would definately rent this house again. The house was neat and clean and very nicely decorated

Victors villa is great I would recommend it to anyone. It was so nice that I will be renting one of his villa's again. He was very helpful!!!!! The house was clean and described exactly as it is!!! The pool was warm and wonderful. I loved the childrens rooms and so did they. They were great and the matresses were a pleasent surprise (very comfortable) he did not miss a beat in his decor or the design of this house. I love the open floor plan. I give the whole experience a A+!! Thanks again Victor.

GREAT HOME FOR A RELAXING HIDEAWAY

I am a Travel Agent and my best friend and I decided to stay at one of Victors homes, the 5 bedroom, 3 bath Penguin home to be precise. I had been sending most of my northern clients to hotels and condo's for their vacations to Disney, so I wanted to see how it would be if they had a private home instead. They home was very nice, had all the little touches you normally would never get at a hotel or condo. It was beautifully furnished, a nice leather couch in the living room along with 2 matching recliners and a nice flat screen TV. The glass sliding doors were also in that room and lead you out to the screened in pool and Jacuzzi, it is a separate hot tub for 4 and not connected to the pool, which personally I like very much. The pool is a nice size and covered with a pool cover to keep in the heat. There were several lounge chairs and a table and 4 chairs near the sliding doors. The only drawback for adults only renting the home was each and every time you wanted to go in and out the doors to the pool or hot tub you had to first shut off the child proof safety alarm inside the home, than close the door very quickly as alarm goes off in about 30 seconds and than shut the alarm off again on the outside as soon as you close the door again. We kept forgetting to do this most of the time so the alarm did go off occasionally, lol, but if you do have smaller children with you, I'm sure this would be very comforting to have. The Kitchen was a nice size and literally did have everything you needed to make a full meal, because we did a cpl of nights. The children's bedrooms were just fantastic, Victor spared no expense decorating them and your kids will love them. The 2 Master bedrooms were very comfortable as well, and the 3 bathrooms were a good size. I think anyone staying here would like it very much, if your looking to be where all the action is, stores, restaurants, parks, recreations, etc. than this may be a little out of the way for you, as it takes about 10 to 15 minutes to get to 192 where the action is located. It took us about 20 minutes to get to Sea World and about 15 to get to Disney, but if your looking to be in a more laid back, secluded area with a wooded back than this house will be just right for you! Everything we could ask for, and more!

There are so many rental properties to choose from in the Orlando area but as luck would have it, we found the best! From the moment we arrived we felt like we were at home. Everything we needed (towels, pots and pans, dish soap etc) was provided for us. All the appliances, games and hot tub were clean and well maintained. There were 6 of us in our party; 2 seniors, 2 children (ages 8 and 9), and my husband and I. There was PLENTY of room for all of us and more than enough dishes and cutlery. The games room in the garage meant the guys could hoot and holler all they wanted playing ping pong and my mum and I could talk in the living room quietly. The neighbourhood is quiet and peaceful and the neighbours were friendly. The Publix grocery store is less than 5 minutes away and the staff there were excellent. We went to Animal Kingdom and Universal Studio - 10 minutes away, St. Petersburg area - about 1 1/2 hrs away and Kennedy Space Centre - about 1 hr away. All of Victor's licenses, permits, contact information are posted - Thanks Victor for being so professional. You made the entire experience a positive one. WE WILL BE BACK!!

Wish we could stay longer

Words can not even express how wonderful this home is. As soon as we opened the door we felt at home. Clean, cozy, and perfect!! The girls ran to find which room would be theirs :) We had everything that we needed so we didn't have to bring anything for our 19 month old. One day we didn't even leave the house because there is so much for us to do. The pool, hot tub, and game room really are a plus!! My husband and I would find ourselves sneeking off to the game room to play. When we arrived the first night we notice a security guard patrolling the area. We also saw him every night after that. The house also hase a security system. VERY close to Disney and nice outlets. Publix and CVS are also minutes away. We can't wait to come back.

We had a wonderful stay. I give this home 4.5 stars. The pool was a little dirty and I think the hot tub had a little too much chemicals because it tarnished a ring, but overall this place is AMAZING. Everything you need is included. The children loved the bedrooms so much that they played in them most of the time at night after we finished swimming in the pool. The game room was so much fun. We had tourniments everyday :) Very close to Disney and shopping. Publix and CVS is really close. We enjoyed the house so much that we have passed it on to the military boards so others stationed close by can take advantage of it :)

Awesome Vacation Stay

The place was absolutely brilliant! We stayed there for a week and it was truly the highlight of our trip. We got there after a long drive from VA and everything was clean and elegant. From the rooms, kitchen, and bathrooms, they all looked like a model house. It ranks right up there with some of the best 5 star hotels. It is very well kept for a vacation place. You think you were the first ones to stay there. Everyone from the adults, young folk, and kids loved it. There were 5 lovely rooms and each one had it's own personality. It was truly a home away from home... everything you needed was there and then some. The pool was terrific. It was warm, clean, and big enough to spend the whole day in. The wireless internet was fast and we used to keep up with urgent work e-mails. No hesitation to stay here again. You will even debate whether to visit Disney or Universal Studios or stay at this place. It's that fun!

Wow, this was our second visit to Disney within a year and each time we rented one of Victor's homes. First the Space House and then the Penguin House. Everything was supplied including a crib, with sheets and comforter. House was very clean and airy. Perfect vacation home. Will rent again on our next trip to Disney.

First trip to Florida

We have just arrived back from our 16 day stay in this lovely house. Directions to the property were great. We found the house straight away.My kids (age 12,8 & 5) loved the bedrooms especially the penguin room. They also loved the pool in which my 5 year old decided to teach herself how to swim.. Every night we came home she swam the length of the pool. We were amazed but will never forget where she learnt. The house was very clean and has lots of towels etc. All you could need for a great holiday. It is centrally located with the parks in easy reach. We had no traffic at all. We also ate at Chilli's quite a few times and it was also great. I would recommend this house to anyone coming to Florida. It was like home from home.. We didn't want to leave. Thank you victor also thanks to Steve who looked after us too.

Truely a Home Away from Home

This is our third stay at Victors Villas but our first at the Penquin House. Each time was a great experience which we shared with each of our children and our eight grandchildren, one family at a time. We love the location and the natural habitat in the back of the yard where we could watch for birds and hear the sounds of the night while swimming in the heated pool. The teenagers loved the game room with pool table, fooseball and ping-pong. The house was very clean and comfortable and fulfilled all our needs; completely stocked with linens, dishes, pots and pans ,utensils and everything you need to maintain the home. Location was great! It took about 10-15 minutes to Disney and it was nice coming home to a quiet place away from traffic after a busy day in the park. We love Victors Villas and will definitely stay there again.

Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children.

We had an amazing time at the house! The kids loved the themed rooms, complete with the stuffed animals to match. The house is very clean and well kept. The house in in a very nice subdivision, complete with a 24 hr security company that patrols the area. Victor is very quick to respond to any of our needs. We really could not have found a better place!

We are family of 7 and hotels just don't work for us. This house really added to our holiday in Orlando. It gave us a place to rest after spending all day at the theme parks and a place to hang out when the weather was bad. They have included everything you think you need and more when staying away from home. I only have 2 negatives. The hot water was only luke warm and made having a shower/bath uncomfortable. Secondly it is located in a very quiet residential area, away from all the action and theme parks. So you really need a hire car with GPS to get out and about. That said the kids felt they were staying in a special place and this really added to our vacation experience.

Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

Be assured, we will work to correct issues as soon as we learn about them. Orlando is a maze of streets (unless you stick to I-4) so yes bring that GPS from home! But make sure your maps are current because the development is fairly new. We are right off the I-4 and minutes to Disney (one exit) but in that quiet residential area with a grocery store and restaurants nearby. Away from it all but near it all!

We stayed with another couple for a total of 4 adults and 4 kids. The smaller kids were thrilled with their penguin room, and the rest of us were fascinated with the rest of the house. The house was clean, roomy, and fully stocked kitchen. The outside as well as the pool was immaculate. Victor was easy to reach and always answered my emails promptly. If you're looking for a clean, well-maintained house that the kids as well as the adults are going to enjoy, look no further. Thanks Victor for a most pleasant experience while staying at your property.

Perfect way to stay in Disney

My family of 10 just spent 7 wonderful days in the Penguin house. Thank you, Victor, for providing a beautiful, clean house with all of the conveniences of home. The house is comfortable and a very smart choice for the money. Down the street you will find a 7-11/gas station, CVS drug store and Publix grocery store. We had a wonderful time in Disney and Universal, as well as Wonderworks and Ripleys. We are planning to return in 2013 when some of the new Disney attractions are completed and we will definitely book one of Victor's houses again!

From unsure to changing the way we vacation

My family has been to Walt Disney World every year since 1997. We started our vacations using local hotels, in 2000 we decided to spend a little more and stay on property. We have stayed at every value and moderate resort. We have stayed at the camp grounds as well as Disney wilderness lodge. Our choice this fall was to look for something that would accommodate my family of five, grandma and grandpa, and my sister’s family of four for their first Disney trip. We stumbled on Victors Villas. To our amazement the Penguin Retreat slept twelve. The house had five private bedrooms, a full kitchen, private pool, three bathrooms, and the garage was turned into a game room for the kids to enjoy. We were thoroughly impressed with the location of the home to both Walt Disney World and Universal Studios. The convenience of the resort buses have always been a deciding factor for our family. For those who have stayed on property as many times as we have you know that the transportation from arrival at the bus depot at the resort to the arrival at the bus depot at the park is anywhere from 30 minutes to one hour. Our average transportation time was 30 minutes from the time we decided to leave the house/resort to arriving at the resort/house. Taking our own transportation was quiet, comfortable, and based around our time table. Over the years I have gained so much information on how to make a family vacation more about family and less about distractions. My experience with Victors Villas allowed us to be a family when we get “home” from the parks. We enjoy each other prior to and at each day’s conclusion as if we were at our house going out for the day. Our family wants to thank Mr. Victor Nawrocki for his hospitality and his understanding of what family time is all about.

Making wishes come true

I found out my father had terminal brain cancer at the end of September. My fathers last wish was to go on one last family vacation with all of his grandkids to Disney. I contacted Victor wondering if there was a vacation home that would be able to accommodate 12 people. The next day I had a response. It was available in October. I thought it would be kind of cramped with my husband, 3 kids, brother and his wife with their 3 kids and my mom and dad. (dad is in a wheel chair). Not only did both of our vans fit in the two car driveway but we were able to get dad in and out of his wheel chair with no problem. When I pushed my dad through the front door we were amazed at what we found. Five bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, kitchen , dining room and living room was so spacious and not cramped at all. When we went out back not only did we find the patio area had a grill but, it had a safety fence around the pool and the entire back yard was screened in. (no bugs). Two of the rooms were themed. The penguin room (my daughter and nieces’ favorite) had 2 twin beds, and a tv . The boys stayed in the enchanted forest room. The bed was a twin with a trundle bed underneath and it also had its own tv. The bathroom was right next to kids rooms and the closet was filled with towels. Two out of three of the master bedrooms not only had beautiful furniture but they also had their own bathrooms.(did I mention they all had their own Tvs’ as well?) The kitchen was fully stocked and ready to go. (just ad food and laughter). The dining are was very tastefully decorated. . It was nice to be able to post my pictures right away since the house offered free wifi. The garage was converted into a play room for the kids which had a foose ball table and a Ping-Pong table for them to play with. It even had a fully stocked washer and dryer area. We visited all the Disney parks and Universal studios. It was nice that we were in the middle. It took about 15 minutes to Disney and 30 minutes to universal studios. I have never stayed in a more beautiful and tranquil place. Thank you for making my father so happy just weeks before he passed away. I am glad he was able to experience such a wonderful place at least once in his short life.

stayed 9 days, loved house, asked 4 yr old daughter favorite thing about vacation,she said beds! we went to sea world/busch gardens,dinoworld. She liked beds! I think that sums it up. victor was great to work with, first person to reply to any/all requests. will definately use again. loved this experience, Angie

A home away from home…. My family and I stayed at this villa mid-August. We have a big family with lots of kids, and they loved that the house was full of little surprises everywhere. Games in the entertainment center, a big stuffed bear in the snow white themed room, many stuffed penguins in the arctic room, penguin cut outs to take pictures with, and pool toys made the kids, as well as the adults, feel as if this was a home away from home. We especially appreciated the air conditioning. The weather in Florida that time of the year is especially brutal, so after a day of walking around in the heat and rain, we were able to come home to comfortable surroundings. It was great that all of the rooms had a TV, which was able to accommodate everyone’s interest without people having to fight over a remote, the place is complete of everything you need . This place was also in a nice neighborhood that was close enough to gas stations and grocery stores, pleasant enough for a morning jog, and quiet enough so that we enjoyed ourselves with just enough privacy. I definitely recommend renting a villa over a hotel. It’s undoubtedly worth it. Thank you Victor for your very comfortable place. It is truly a home away from home.

A great place for a vacation !

My family and I stayed in this house at the end of March. Wow, it was a place. My sister and her family got there early, and they were allowed to enter. By the time my father and I got there, my sister's triplets had already chosen their rooms. The girls had the Penguin room and the boy had the 7 Dwarves Forest room. The other bedrooms were also great , with very comfortable beds. The house was well equipped and the kitchen was well used by our group.My cousin and her twin teenagers arrived a few hours later and loved the house. The teenagers especially appreciated the Wi-Fi. The triplets would have been happy to never leave the house, just stay in the pool all day. When we did leave we were very close to Disney and the Dinner shows. The house seemed like it was away from everything, but was close to everything. We would recommend this house to everyone.

Perfect Vacation for our Extended Family!

"This villa was a totally unexpected blessing! Our family was going to Disney and joining another family that has one parent. Suddenly, the single parent was unable to go I had to take all 6 kids (!) with my husband-or it would have been cancelled. Hotels were out... So, I found this villa and the owner responded in what seemed to be 30 secs and we were set. At the time I just wanted beds. What I got was a fantastic home (with awesome beds)! I liked the visibility of the pool and that all 5 of the bedrooms rooms surrounded the living area! It was easy to keep an eye on my family and my 2nd family. The home had everything we needed and the kids opted to eat breakfast in and one day we just relaxed all day at home. The kitchen was stocked with all the utensils, pots, pans etc. we needed. The kids played in the playground area and I took a walk with my husband one evening and we even strolled the conservation deck in the area. As for the accommodations, it was described as being "Bed and Breakfast" style but it was much more. The kids rooms are better than the pictures and the kids were laughing the first night so hard enjoying what "Aunt Jenny" had found! I mean, a penquin room and forest room?! The kids took more pictures of the rooms than at Disney (almost). I also liked that all the switches were labeled. That may seem simple but when you tip toe into your kid’s room at night you don't want to turn on a light when you are turning off a ceiling fan. That attention to detail was throughout the entire house. We had never gone to rental villa but if they were all like this we will never go to a hotel again. I'm a teacher and it was nice to come home with a little cash after a trip in these times and have such great memories as well. Thank you! "
