Beautiful Lake Front Home - Perfect for up to 3 families! 3,900 square feet - 5 bedrooms (2 masters) & 4.5 baths. Lake views & sunsets abound in nearly all rooms!! Hardwood floors & beautiful knotty pine/lodge-pole ceilings
Main house: Bottom floor has family room, 3 bedrooms, den, full bath, and a veranda. Main floor has gourmet kitchen, living room, dining room (long table that seats 12), a ½ bath, master with jetted 2 person tub, and veranda/deck with barbeque, table & chairs, etc.
The family room has a 50” TV with cable/DVD/Play Station. There is also whole house audio with iPod connection.
Refrigerators: 1 in the kitchen, 1 wine unit, 1 small unit on the main deck, 1 small unit in the recreation room.
Recreation room: Pool & Foosball tables, darts, full bath, kitchenette (sink and microwave). TV with cable/Audio with iPod connection.

Located on the peninsula inside the gates of Lake Almanor Country Club offering two recreation areas with boat ramps (home is located near “rec 2”), beaches, playgrounds, tennis courts, basketball courts, barbeques and picnic grounds, amphitheater with scheduled community events, private 9/18 hole golf course and near the Bailey Creek PGA golf course.
Summer Activities: boating, swimming, jet-skiing, water skiing, tubing, fishing, sailing, 4th of July fireworks over the lake; 4th of July Parade and art fairs in Chester.
Winter Activities: snowmobiling, cross-country skiing, snow-shoeing, light skiing/snowboarding at Coppervale, hunting, fishing, etc.
Spring & Fall: biking, boating, fishing, walking trails.

My wife has wanted our family to go to L. Almanor for years. She finally got here wish. The first thing and best thing she did for this trip was renting Gabe and Sue's house. Everything about the house exceeded our expectations. • Great location - 3 or 4 docs down from REC 2 for launching. • Directly across the lake from Marina for fuel and occasional dining. • The house itself was spectacular. • 3 Decks – big and awesome • Game room – the kids paradise • Gourmet kitchen – we ate almost every meal at the house (spacious and modern) • Great rooms, bedrooms, dining, etc. the pictures on the web-site do not do the house justice The house reflected extreme pride of ownership. It was impeccable. I was actually concerned my kids might mess it up. There were ten of us and we never felt cramped or falling over each other. The teenagers - when they weren't on the water hung out in the game room. Terrific (BTW - check out the eight ball). Kitchen, dining area, bedrooms, common rooms were all top notch. We felt we were staying in a private resident or 4-5 star hotel suite. Decks were large, modern, and functional. We ate every dinner on the upper deck (all 10 of us at one table). The lower deck above the dock was very functional and the dock itself became the most popular hangout spot during the day. We had two jet skis and a ski boat and still had ample room. If you want a first class, well designed, functional, and upgraded throughout home to enjoy your time on the lake – this is it. We strongly recommend this residence at Lake Almanor - we would stay again and certainly encourage our friends and family to do the same.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, girls getaway, tourists without a car, adventure seekers.

On our first visit, some 15 years ago, we were captivated by the natural beauty and recreation opportunities of Lake Almanor. We purchased the lot in 2000, and completed construction of the aBear Den in 2002. Our extended family has created many precious memories here. We hope you will as well.
The Unique Benefits at this House:
Being right on the lake is our favorite feature of this property. Being close to 'rec area 2' adds to the convenience. We love the country club golf course. Summer family activities at 'rec area 1' are wonderful, especially Sunday concerts. Late night boat cruises and star gazing - You can almost touch the Milky Way!! And the crème de la crème is the 4th of July fireworks at the point - Not to be missed!!
