Beautiful and quiet Sail Bay is the best kept secret in San Diego. Hardly any vacation rentals are allowed on the East side of this bay looking West to the gorgeous sunsets. Water-skiers, catamarans, sail boats, outrigger canoe teams, kite-surfing. Go down the elevator and join the people strolling on the boardwalk or ride the four provided beach cruiser bikes on miles and miles of paths along the bay and oceanfront.
Sip wine on the balcony as you watch the sunset over the ocean or walk around the bay 8-10 minutes to the ocean to watch for the "green flash." At night you will see the two big paddle-wheel boats cruise right by your window, the lights of the strand across the bay and the moonlight reflecting off the water.
This Non-Smoking, large (1100 sq ft) 2 bedroom/2 bath condo was just completely remodeled in February 2010 and features a quality queen bed in each room and a new queen sofa sleeper in the living room. Walk in Shower with a seat in one bathroom and a tub/shower in the second bathroom. Large walk in closet in one bedroom.
Flat screen TV in living room plus another TV in one bedroom, DVD player, Cable internet with WiFi. Dining table for 6 with an awesome bay view! Lovely California open-style kitchen with a view and everything you need for cooking and dining at home. There is also a single Hide-a-Mat, toddler bed, Pack-n-Play, high chair, booster seat, etc. available.
