This beautiful property is located on the golf course of Indian Wells C.C. with spectacular views of the mountains and golf course. It is completely gated and walled ,lushly landscaped and within walking distance of four major Hotels and Spas, The Indian Wells Golf Resort and the I.W. Club.
The home can be rented partially or in full as there is a main house and a guest house attached by a beautiful outdoor room. However I only rent to one group at a time.
The main home consists of three bedrooms and three baths. One bedroom is a casita located at the entry of the main home. All bedrooms in the main section have queen beds and TV's. Two of the bedrooms have the bathrooms ensuite. The third bathroom also serves as a guest Powder Room There is a full kitchen with all amenities, a sit-down bar, full dining room, living room with stone fireplace, and 60 inch flat screen t.v. and magnificent views of the pool, gardens and golf course. The outdoor room has a large living space with a fireplace, gas barbecue grill, TV ,wet bar, and large dining room. The guest house has a living room with wet bar, microwave ,TV/VCR, stereo system. Three bedrooms with bathe ensuite. One with a king bed and one with a queen bed and one with two trundle beds. All have TV's.

This turned out to be the perfect house for our extended-family vacation! Lots of space indoors and out, and the child-proof fence they put up assured us a restful vacation with our 3 boys - all are under age 4. The house was well stocked with equipment and provisions. We felt we were staying at the home of a friend who just happened to be away while we were there. We definitely hope to stay here again!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

The 2 connecting houses were both quite spacious and easily accommodated our big group! We all had an enjoyable and relaxing Thanksgiving weekend. The weather was perfect and the pool was great! Very nice!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

This is a large property. We had our Thankgiving get together for four families. The most impressive part was the medium sized heated pool for the kids. We liked the two separate houses, separated by the grilling area. It had a fireplace, t.v., and outdoor furniture. We hadan opportunity to smoke our cigars and watch the games. Most of all, Anne, the manager of the property was a pleasure to deal with if you have any questions about the property.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, people with disabilities, pet owners, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, sightseeing.

House is very spacious and lots of areas for privacy or partying. Quite setting but close to shopping and resturants. The agent and owner were very easy to work with making it a pleasant experience.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers.

This property is truly amazing. It was perfect for our family get together. We arrived to find everything in perfect condition and the place was spotless. There is plenty of room and the lay out is great for entertaining. The property we rented was great albeit for a few things that are all fixable. Overall cleanliness was a real problem for me; when I went to do wash there were dirty towels on the floor in the laundry room and the top of the dryer was filthy. Lots of dust under and especially behind the beds. The outdoor patio was fabulous had it not been so dirty, it needed to be scrubbed and washed down, lots of sticky dirt spots from previous renters? Lastly the area around the pool and eating areas need to be sprayed for ants. We did however have a great and very relaxing time with our family. The property is huge, great for a large family or a few couples.Recommended for: Families with young children.

What a gorgeous, spacious rental. Loved the guest house on the side. It gave our group more than enough room to spread out, and I would highly recommend this rental to anyone who is looking for a large property. The views of the greens outside are just a small bonus compared to all the other surprising features. We hope to return in the future. This rental was a fantastic experience. Its was easy to work with the owner's assistant, Diana. The property is great for a large group especially if Main and Guest house are rented. About the owner: This is the first time I have ventured into renting this property. Unfortunately it does not get as much use as in the past. I am retired and live full time in the L.A. area

I.W.C.C. offers special winter time guest programs. The property has numerous bikes and toys for your use and is located on a cul de sac.
