Why the Owner Chose Hotel Zone:
We love being right on the beach while still being close to downtown PV. The running track is minutes away for morning workouts and the beach out front provides a great place for easy jogs or pleasant walks. The organized activity at the Holiday Inn offers something to do for all ages so staying in and about the condo is easy. Starbucks is a 5 minute walk-away in one direction and a grocery store a 5 minutes the other way. We don't feel like we're always tripping over each other in the condo, there's enough space for everyone.
