  Just returned from a weekend stay. This home was great....it was very clean and had all the amenities needed for 2 families. We stayed here with 4 Adults and 3 teenage boys. The boys really enjoyed the lower level - when they weren't skiing. The location is perfect - a 2 minute ride to Camelback which made it very easy for drop off/pick up. And this was the weekend when the Nor'easter was walloping the Boston area. The Poconos got about 5-6 inches and the community did an excellent job of clearing the roads, parking areas and entry walk. This home met all of our needs, we cooked in both Friday and Saturday night and had plenty of dishware and pots/pans for our meals. In addition they provide many condiments along with Saran wrap, foil, etc. It was such a pleasure not to pack sheets/towels and if you forget shampoo/conditioner there are many bottles of hotel size samples. In addition they have a hair dryer which came in handy as I forgot mine. We will definitely be back next year. I recommend this rental because of the cleanliness, the location and Charlene was great to work with. Enjoy if you rent.

  We rented this property to celebrate our son's 18th birthday. He and his friends loved the basement with the legit air hockey and foosball games and it gave them a space of their own. Fireplace was nice and cozy during a cold weekend! We cooked all of our meals and found everything we needed in the kitchen. Heat worked great throughout the house. Location was wonderful right next to Camelback. I was a little worried when we left on Monday as the local schools were closed due to a mix of ice and snow. Roads were well taken care of in the development and we made out fine driving down the mountain on our way out. Boys loved the terrain park at Camelback. We will definitely return and rent the same property if available!!

  This house was so conveniently located and only minutes to Camelback ski/tubing. The Crossings Outlet shopping is also super close. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful which we appreciated. Our commute from Manhattan was less than 2 hours. These pictures are exactly how the house looks and there is more than enough room. The kitchen is fully equipped (we ate in every night). There is wi-fi and a wonderful fireplace to cozy up to. The owners were very accommodating and accessible. They responded to every email promptly. Everything was clean and we look forward to going back soon!!

  What a great place! Nice, bright, roomy and clean. I would recommend this to anyone. Our family had a great time. The mountain overlook is just up the hill and the waterpark is just down the hill. There is a pool at the community as well. We saw so many deer just sitting on the deck. All the comforts of home including a game room that was a hit with our kids. WiFi, kitchen supplies and a grill too!

  My family and I had a wonderful and relaxing time. The house is in perfect condition and super clean. Location is great too as it was just a short ride away from the mountain. This is a great house for small children and preteens. The game room was also an added bonus..kept the kids entertained. Thank you !
